I saw Dr. Butler after seeing several ENTs in the area over the past 5 years. I have a long history of sinus surgeries and polyps. Dr. Butler is by FAR the best ENT I have seen since moving to Florida! She and her staff are exceptional! My surgery was a great success, and Dr. Butler and Neha worked tirelessly to help get me approved for injections that will keep the polyps from recurring. (Even though most doctors would prefer to just make more money doing another surgery in a couple years.) It is hard sometimes to get through on the phone to the office since she works out of the hospital, but I have ALWAYS received a call back after leaving a message. I could not be happier or more grateful for all the excellent care I've received!
The most amazing ENT I’ve ever met, she took my fiancé case the result were amazing within 5 hours of the surgery competition. I can’t think her enough. If you in need of an ENT please please contact her office it could change your life!
Dr. Butler is a breath of fresh air when it comes to Doctors. She is always upbeat and positive. She explains everything thoroughly and isn't afraid to spend a few extra minutes to make sure that you understand what is going on. She even went above and beyond to accommodate my needs on a weekend when she absolutely did not have to. I wish we had more like her. Highly recommended!
She was supposed to put temporary drainage tubes in my child's ears but for some reason Dr. Butler put permanent T tubes in. Years later my daughter had to undergo a second surgery to have to T tubes removed. Thanks for putting my daughter through 2 procedures thanks to your oversight.
Dr. Butler is one of the most informative, open, honest and personable doctors I have ever had to please to see. I completely trust her with all my physical/medical needs and know that she will do what is best for me in all aspects of my health.
So thorough, intelligent, patient, informative, no nonsense and straight to the point,beautiful inside and out and she wants whats best for you. I trust her whole heartily and is so worthy to be called a doctor.
