Very easy to understand, he explained the procedure and what to expect afterwards and when to call him if needed.

Dr. Beard was thoughtful. He explained the cause of my medical issue and explained the corrective procedure. He is very approachable and I would highly recommend.

Dr. Beard had to do a steroid injection on my right ankle and I was terrified but he talked to me the whole way and through everything.

Wait time in reception room was long with a lot of noise. Medical history was not taken or talked about before suggesting treatments. Calls and messages to office to get information about procedure and cost where not addressed.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Beard explained everything all the way from the beginning to the end.

Having been through numerous doctors and physical therapists for hip pain, I figured I would have another doctor who skipped through the encounter without much interaction. However I was pleasantly surprised to its both Dr. Beard and Dr. Buggs and their genuine concern for my issue. They answered all of my questions (and dealt with my mother, sister, and nephew in the room). They were very informative and explained unique exceptions to my pain which was incredibly helpful. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Beard to anyone having pain and seeking non invasive procedures!

This provider provided an ultrasonic hip injection for pain. Every step of the way he informed me what he was doing and what I would feel. He cared about the area in the room that needed to remain sterilized and instructed new assistant on how to do that. I hope the injection holds me over until my hip replacement. Nonetheless, it was an favorable experience.

Today is the one year anniversary of my surgery and I am in worst pain today than I've ever been in. The surgery was a total failure in my opinion. Dr. Beard's bed side manner was exceptional until he realized he couldn't help me and his tone during my last visit with him changed. My experience with Dr. Throckmorton and his staff was not much better. I personally prevented two collogues from accepted referrals to Campbell Clinic and convinced them to request referrals to Ortho South. I regret the day I accepted my referral to Campbell Clinic.

An appointment was made for the injection. Almost 15 mins was spent on the phone with scheduling going over my 3 different Dr's and why I couldn't come in to see them for a regular injection in my shoulder. I finally made her understand that I needed the special machine type injection that only Dr Beard could do. When I finally go to my appointment today it wasn't for the injection?? I asked why did they think I was there? He did look at another thing for me. He has me coming back in first thing in the morning for the injection. This wasn't Dr Beard's fault. I like and respect him. When I started this I had given 4 stars today. Because I live almost an hour away and have to go right back tomorrow. I'm sure the woman understood what the appointment was for. But things happen. Are the Dr's responsible for staff? IDK? Again at the end of the day, Dr Bread made things right! Have great service and care today and is taking care of my problem in the morning. Great job Dr Beard!

My husband had intolerable pain for many months in the wake of a total knee replacement, and we were referred to Dr. Beard. He performed in in-clinic procedure that completely removed the pain and has allowed my husband to walk again, and to live free of the debilitating pain that had defined his life. We knew we were in good hands just from the way Dr. Beard took time to evaluate and discuss treatment options. The procedure was done with immense skill and care, and Dr. Beard was very responsive to the experience of his patient. The results of the treatment have been incredible. We'd recommend him in a heartbeat.
