NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WANT ACTUAL SERVICE OR HELP YOUR WASTING YOUR TIME AT DR BASHIR'S OFFICE!! Do yourself a favor and never go to this doctor. They will schedule appointments make you show up do nothing for you and then reschedule an appointment just to charge you for it. They will waste your time and have you sit in the waiting room and will not provide the services that they scheduled your appointment for. All they care about is billable hours and being able to scam your insurance and you out of money. The office staff is rude and unprofessional! They don't care about your situation or what's going on. They just try to get you off the phone so they don't have to do any more then they have to. They won't even transfer you to Dr Naheed. They pretend he dosnt have a voice mail or that he's busy. Sure do wish Jennifer was back there. I absolutely loved her and how she cared. Dr Bashir is great.

I would recommend Dr. Bashier to both my family and friends if they have chronic pain. She truly cares about your pain and quality of life. She takes her time and is very thorough. Her nurse practioner Ashleigh is also the sweetest kindest intelligent I Nurse practioner I have ever had. I have been a pain patient for many years and I had some very rude doctors who didn't care how bad I hurt. I'm blessed to have found Doctor Bashier. Her office is clean as well as the restroom. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I pray Doctor stays on the area.

Horrible visit waiting for hours she was literally walking out the door past me when she forgot I had an appointment it was 5:30 in the afternoon

Re doing my review...the staff have always been great BUT the doctor missed a lot of things on my MRI. She went merely on a report instead of looking through the MRI. Came to find out I have several lesions on my spine from a diagnosis of MS now. Very disappointed as I thought she was doing everything she could for me. Come to find out I have had MS for quite some time and she should have been able to look at the films and figure that out and not just rely on a report. Very pleased that the requirements for face masks are implemented, temperatures taken and social distancing is enforced. The staff is excellent, as are the physicians. Very thorough, understanding and caring.

Karma will always come around Dr Naheed T. Bashir and the direction it's coming from Is your old Pain clinic in Arnold, Missouri. The month and year was May 2016 and you left the Missouri Clinic in June 2016 probably because You can't work in the State anymore?(Losing one's license for Malpractice is a serious offense)Isn't it? She messed up my Lower lumbar Spine through a series of injections. Specifically the final 4th one YOU CAN'T TRUST Dr.Naheed T. Bashir especially when you can't see what is going on when you're face down on her table I have extreme pain EVERY day because of her mistakes. The staff is really nice and friendly

I love the providers and the staff.

Dr Bashir and the office team have always taken good care of me.

Great doctors very caring especially Nurse practitioner Jennifer mettendorf she is awesome and the best she genuinely cares

Her office and insensitive care caused me to suffer in great pain and experience public humiliation. Additionally, I was refused a copy of my own medical records when I let them know i no-longer wanted their services. I was literally screamed at and had the police called on me. My only request was for my medical records. I was told that the records belonged to her and that they do not give patients their records. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a pain clinic. Everyone has a right to their medical records. She has violated both HIPPA and FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) not to mention my Human Rights and some other discrimination issues, which I will be addressing with her office. I only gave a rating because it was the only way to post. My rating is ZERO. Her office and insensitive care caused me to suffer in great pain and experience public humiliation. Dr. Bashir is a kind lady but she never arrives on time at her Mount Vernon office. Her patients arrive on time and yet she has no consideration for the patients who come to see her, FOR PAIN, and we wait for hours to see her. It's hard to sit, in pain for that long. She needs to have compassion for us or quit her job. If I had a choice, I'd see someone else but there is no one. We are seeking help for pain. Do your job!

I LOVE Dr. Bashir. She has been my doctor for the last 10 years. Very understanding and compassionate about my pain and what I am going through. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Dr. Bashir for being the best Dr ever! Jodi

I would recomend Dr Bashir to other people experiensing pain. She is thorough, and very knowledgable. She takes time to explain the diagnosis to the patient, and helps them to understand the course of medical care needed.

I had a really awful experience with this Dr. Naheed Bashir. She has no respect for her patients and there needs. I did exactly what they told me to do and after expressing my opinion, I was told I would have to find another doctor. She isn't personable at all and has no respect for her clients. It's all about the money for her and no concern about what works for you or how much pain you are actually in. I definitely wouldn't advise anyone to this clinic now.
