He is not very kind and doesn’t listen well. He does not care what the patient says. He believes what he says is best and that’s that.

My father has been trying to get a prescription which Dr. Qureshi said he would write for over two weeks now. I do not recommend this physician.

Very disappointed by the care given by Dr. Qureshi. He is definitely a billing machine for HMC. In addition, the reception staff, as a whole, are totally rude and unhelpful. Please consider someone else if you need any assistance.

I have been seeing Dr. Qureshi and others in his office for more than ten years. He and his staff are amazing! I’ve had difficult issues and medical problems to deal with that is a BIG part of the reason I can get out of bed every day. Thank you, Dr. Q, and all your staff for the fantastic care I have received.

This is the best psychiatry office I have worked with as a patient. Dr. Qureshi and his staff work quickly to assist my changing needs. Dr Qureshi is a very versital doctor going to nursing homes, hospitals and in office appointments across the map. He still provides courteous personalized empathetic care to every single person. The Mulberry center was no help to me . They attempted to adjust my medications and made things worse .Everyone that I talked to at the facility dad been there numerous times . It is like a revolving door treatment center with many Medicare and Medicaid patients that had been there numerous times . It’s like a huge locked in party center lots of eating and socializing . I managed to gain 12 pounds in my 10 day stay. Seems to be a big joke to me .

This man should not be allowed to practice mental health therapy. TWICE he refused me help and literally mocked my issues. He is not a doctor.

The front desk associates are horrible. They’re so rude. No help at all. Super judgmental. But the psychiatrist are amazing.

This man has no business practicing psychiatric medicine. Southern Illinois Psychiatry is a complete and total joke as a whole. Do NOT try and find good, competent psychiatric care in southern Illinois. It doesn’t exist. Go north or out of state if you want to have any chance of getting better.

Front office associates are very rude. Most seem generally miserable in their jobs. The billing department is a joke. No bills for months at a time. Then, surprise! A bill last week for services through December. No problem, just pay the bill, right? Well, yesterday I got a freaking collection notice. This is all after I was in on December 18th and was told I had no balance on my account. Now I have to go through the hassle of filing a dispute with the credit bureaus. Morgan Gant was great. She’s at INTEGRATED HEALTH in Carterville now. I have an appointment at the end of the month. I will never come back to so ill psych. Go see Morgan. Front office associates are very rude. Highly recommend this psychiatrist Dr.Quershi.. He is great! He comes into the hospital by 6-630 am to determine the specific illness & multiple illnesses..he is calm,fair,& safe. He takes calls for all new admits at all hours & focuses on teaching medication management,group therapy, art & music therapy understanding that mental illness is special to each individual & has let me stay there 30 days twice..I had alot of repressed feelings & trauma. I had managed to stay out a year and a half but just recently left a 10 day stay. He has alot of compassion & restores me. Hopefully with some help for dually diagnosed I can enter a rehab & come home with better coping mechanisms. Started reconnecting with friends and family church. I have alot of support I was suicidal a few times...I thank him for making me better myself & break the stigma. Highly recommend this psychiatrist Dr.Quershi.. He is great! Horrible and he lied to me directly. Wouldn't go to him for 1,000 dollars. He's a con in it for the $. Fortunately, I have a much better psychiatrist now.

After I went away to boarding school, this doctor continued to see one of my family member alone for 5 visits. Based on these appointments WITHOUT ME, he continued to add diagnoses to MY chart. Because I never saw him again, I was not notified in any way. These notes were however forwarded to my future doctors. Later I requested my records and was shocked. It would have been more accurate to diagnose and treat my family member for her own conditions. Completely unprofessional behavior.

I was seen by Naaem at Harrisburg hospital after an overnight stay. All was well at first... He seemed nice and diagnosed me with depressive bipolar which answered all of my questions. He started me on a medication with only a three day supply, alongside instructions to follow up with a primary to have it keep being prescribed to me. My primary wouldn't and Naaem refused to continue the medication. What doctor will start a patient with bipolar disorder a medication that helps them only a three day supply? This doctor...
