They made us wait in the parking lot with a newborn for 25 minutes. We went in, she tried to weigh the baby with the diaper on. They didn't ask for my new patient paperwork, left it on the counter. I breastfeed and the nurse asked, "how many ounces of breastmilk does the baby receive?"...???... They asked for baby size at birth, which was 7- weight (lbs/oz) and 20 inches and they asked "pounds or kilograms" and "inches or centimeters"... hmm ... if it were centimeters, at 20 the baby would measure in at under 8 inches long... Granted this is during the time of Covid-19, but it was all in all unprofessoinal service.
