Doctor was very informative, took his time to address all questions and concerns. I had a very good surgical experience. Dr. Shabout is a top notch!

I have used Dr. Shabout for years. He listens and assures you about what to expect. He is there when you need him and you can understand what is going to happen before and after surgery. You feel at ease.

Quick and painless appointment. Went in for what was a small bump on my back and left with another follow-up to remove it. Simple and to the point. Would definitely recommend coming here.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Shabout and his medical staff! Everyone I encountered were professional and extremely helpful. Dr. Shabout is a gifted doctor full of compassion for his patients. I was having gallbladder issues and Dr. Shabout (and his wonderful staff) were able to get me in quickly and taken care of promptly. I am so thankful to him and his team for taking care of me! Highly highly recommend if you’re looking for a talented and caring surgeon.

Dr Shabout was awesome. He was informative and quick in his assessment and the actual surgery(hernia repair) was great. I would recommended him.

Dr did my double hernia 2 years ago and just did gangrene gall bladder removal. This doctor saved my life. Great man

If my wife ever needs a surgery, this man will be my first stop. I had a double hernia surgery about 2 months ago. I'm 100% recovered and feel great. #NoMorePain :)

Very good experience...had to reschedule my surgery numerous times because of work, and they were very accommodating and professional. Would recommend to my friends.

I went in to discuss a hernia. Appointment was scheduled for 9:20, didn’t see dr until about 11. He seemed very nice. However, I asked to have a nurse let me know prices on the procedure I needed & was told they would get that for me & let me know. I waited a month & never heard from them. I called & they flat out told me “we dropped the ball. We’ll find out & call you back.” So I get a call back stating that they had gotten the info & documented it but had never called me to tell me the information. So they give me the information I need & proceed to tell me they don’t do down payments or payment plans & are unsure of what facility my surgery would be done at. The receptionists are very rude & unprofessional. I’m honestly glad I won’t be having surgery done by this man! I went in to discuss a hernia. As a Nurse, I know doctors. Some have bedside manner, some have skill; Dr. Shabout has both. Dr. Shabout is a genuinely kind man, who cares about his patients. He recently removed my gallbladder, and did a top-notch job. He spent time with me, reassured me, and was thorough, but personable, from start to finish. My Daughter had him do surgery on her neck. He did a great job. He will sit down and talk to as he has known you forever. His staff is great also. I would not recommend anyone to go to any other Doctor. He is the best

I highly recommend Dr Shabout. I've had issues with GERD all my life & am now in my 50's & it has taken a toll on me. I ended up having a Nissen (Fundoplication) with hernia repair. Although it's not been an easy surgery to go through, I trust Dr Shabout & his staff. His bedside manner is professional & friendly & his staff is top notch. The staff responded to me quickly & professionally.

Dr Shabout is great and his whole staff is both professional and personable. I've really enjoyed all of my interactions with everyone there....oh yeah, and they did a great job too.

Dr. Shabout was a nice guy when I met him in the ER, however, he never saw me after my surgery. He discharged me over the phone. The real reason I am writing this review is due to the PATHETIC and INCOMPETENT office staff working for him. The ladies who work in his office--reception, billing, and the office manager are all total and complete morons. In my entire life, I've never experienced this level of incompetence. They make teenage fast-food employees look like rocket scientists..

My husband had an urgent visit to the ER with extreme abdominal pain and was diagnosed with diverticulitis. Dr Shabout was the on call physician at the time. We had never before met. He was extremely courteous, very professional and informative. He stayed calm and composed which helped both my husband and I handle the situation. He prepared us for the most likely scenarios of the surgery and delivered the best outcome possible. He obviously cares for his patients and their quality of life.
