Scheduling an appointment with this office is a joke. I have spent 2 hours on hold this week after a promise of a call back nine days ago that I never received. I get transferred all over the place just to be put on hold over and over. The scheduler can't figure out how to schedule an appointment. Maybe if they read this, they will finally call me back. The doctor closed his office and transferred to Orlando Health without informing any patients and without no patient records. I have been unsuccessful in trying to get my son's records. I want to feel like my son matters and his health matters. Just completely unprofessional. Scheduling an appointment with this office is a joke. Dr. Khotawala himself was great. However, the clinic staff and setup is awful. Just scheduling an appointment is an ordeal, specially with the new Arnold Palmer setup. There is wait on the phone for almost an hour every time to talk to someone. Then they take your information and promise to call you back but never do. Very unprofessional. The records for existing patients is not transferred to the new setup so existing patients have to go through new patient appointment and their is no history! Dr. Khotawala himself was great.
