Dr. Murray H Johnson

Dr Johnson was my eye doctor for many years and I was just looking for a new eye doctor in my new city which caused me to remember the great service and care I received from Dr Johnson. It made me look him up on google as I was curious if other people thought he was also a great doctor. I'm unsurprised to find out that I was right! Great optometrist, go see him!

VERY happy with my first visit to Dr. Johnson. I moved after many years with a different provider and found Dr. Johnson to be thorough and personable. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I must also note that the assistant who did all of the pre-exam checks was wonderful! She was friendly and a delight to be around! VERY happy with my first visit to Dr. Johnson. I moved after many years with a different provider and found Dr. Johnson to be thorough and personable. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I must also note that the assistant who did all of the pre-exam checks was wonderful! She was friendly and a delight to be around! Dr. Johnson, Christine, and the whole team are wonderful to work with! They are caring, professional and fun. I highly recommend their office for any eye or contact needs.

Today wasn’t the 1st or 2nd time Dr Murray’s office has saved our rear...it was the 3rd or 4th! I just had a feeling that if my 9 yr olds bi-focals were gonna break, it would be during a crazy pandemic and I would have no backups for her. Dr Murray’s crew to the rescue! I called Tracy up, headed to the office (with our masks) and she found a pair of little girl glasses in the back the just happened to fit my daughter’s lenses that came from a discontinued pair. I couldn’t believe it!! My girl is seriously blind as a bat and gets instant migraines without her glasses. I couldn’t be more thankful to the staff for all their help, the safety precautions they took when we were there, and for saving us again! Love from the crying mama and my bi-focal 3rd grader ???? Overall excellent service! I am happy how Dr. Johnson Takes Care of his patients and makes sure that they are happy with their visit! But most of all Dr. Johnson always tries to make you laugh and have a good time during the visit! Thank you!!

Dr Johnson has made a huge impact on my quality of life by improving my vision. I have keratoconus and before finding him my vision with contacts was 20/30 and Dr Johnson was able to get my vision to 20/20. He is very thorough and I highly recommend him.

Great staff, excellent, thorough and prompt service. Dr. Johnson is very personable and worked very hard to accommodate my specific requests for my lenses that sadly had been discontinued. Had my new glasses and contacts in record time. Great experience!

I normally don't write reviews but Doc Johnson deserves one. He is the coolest eye doc on the planet. He's witty and humorous. His staff is just a great as he is. Carry on Doc!

I switched to Dr. Johnson a little more than a year ago because I just felt like my contacts weren't performing well and my previous Doctor just had the attitude of "yeah that's the best that we can do". Getting a contact lens prescription right for someone who needs progressive lenses is difficult. Everything is a compromise. But Dr. Johnson really tackles the problem like it is happening to someone in his family. I highly recommend him. I've been going to Dr. Johnson for probably 25 years and he is not only a top notch eye doctor but guaranteed to make you laugh and actually enjoy your eye exam! I have other family members who've gone to Dr. Johnson for almost as long and we all feel the same way. Simply a great guy and a great doctor!

Amazing customer service is not what you think of when you go to the eye doctor, but that's exactly what you get from Dr. Johnson and his entire staff. I was diagnosed with a corneal disease over twenty years ago. In those twenty years I have seen several doctors and Dr. Johnson is by far the best. His attention and care does not compare. He is thorough, friendly, and professional, and his staff is equally as great. You would think that alone would earn him a 5 star rating but thanks to Dr. Johnson I can 20/15 for the first time in my life!
