1/23 The Staff is more suitable for a Dentist office maybe? Front office Staff doesn’t understand what pre approval means. She was given pre approval insurances direct phone number multiple times and I was told “ we don’t usually do it that way “ my insurance too tried contacting the office and faxing paperwork but it did not get it completed by them. I feel bad for the doctor because he is doing his best. I ran completely out of medication and due to my busy work schedule had to give up for now. Will file a complaint. Sir fire your staff and hire professional caring staff.

I really enjoyed having Naeem as my Neurologist. Genuinely cares and spends the time you need with you discussing what is bothering you and not being contradictory about anything. I've had so many bad experiences with doctors and I'm going to miss him since I moved. Definitely recommend him he is wonderful.

Dr. Naeem himself seems like a very nice person. Said he was going to get me back on my meds and that he wanted to help me get back in control of my epilepsy again. But after I paid him and left the office its like I suddenly don't exist to the staff. It's been a full week and a half and my pharmacy can't get ahold of them, I've called them to try to get it sorted and im told they will send it right away but then I call the pharmacy and nope, they never got it. These are very important medications for me that I need to just stat on my feet and conscious. How is it so hard to fax/email papers over? Dr. Naeem himself seems like a very nice person. I have been seeing Dr. Naeem for 8 years now. He’s a wonderful and caring individual that cares deeply for his patients and their well being. Like all doctors, they are a slave to office politics and keeping good staff is hard for some doctors. Dr. Naeem has had waves of great staff and not so great staff, thankfully, Dr. Naeem continues to persevere and practices great medicine in all circumstances. There have been times my Pharmacy Benefits Manager has not wanted to cover my medication, and he has given me advice on laws and statutes. Quoting him to them the PBM has been the difference between my medication covered and not. He is a great doctor with difficult office issues. I have been seeing Dr. Naeem for 8 years now. I have been seeing Dr. Naeem for over 6 years and I drive over 2 hours to see him. He is a wonderful doctor who cares and listens to your concerns.

Staff is rude !! The Dr. has very bad bedside manner does not listen to you I have had 8 brain tumor surgeries and he treated me like I was in there for a common cold.I also have seizures he gave me meds that would make them worse. it's like because I had Medicaid and wasn't paying him with cash money that I was less important than the rest of his patients that we're paying with money I do not recomm this Dr. Staff is rude !! He's a good doctor...until you get behind on your bills and his staff threatens not to see you anymore and then not clear you for a surgery you need because you owe him money.

I first met Dr.Naeem in the Wise County ER. I dont remember it at all. But my daughter who is a patient of Dr Naeem spoke to him,. During the coming week Dr. Naeem diagnosed and explained all that happened. He made me feel comfortable with the medical problems i was having. Dr naeem is an amazing doctor. He treats his pts like they truly matter and has amazing bedside manner. He listens to all your concerns even if it doesnt have to do with neurology. He puts a total spectrum of medicine in his care. Wouldnt see anypne else. Wish there were more doctors like him and the wait is always short for his visits. Dr naeem is an amazing doctor. Spent very little time talking to Dr. Naeem, maybe 10 minutes. It didn't feel like he listened to me at all and at the end he prescribed me a medication without describing any of the side effects.

Naeem was great. Very friendly and I felt heard. Waited a while but it was worth it to Have someone who spends time with me and really hears me out.

He is very helpful and listens to what I have to say, my concerns and about medicines that was and wasn't working for me. Dr. Naeem helped me to control my seizures, without him I don't know what I would have done. Thank you Dr. Naeem I really appreciate all that you do.

I highly recommend Dr. Naeem. I’ve been seeing him for 2 years. He always takes his time with me and my husband, who had a stroke this year. We see him together since we travel 1.5 hours to see him but he always speaks to us separately. He gives us plenty of time to share any concerns or questions we have. Extremely rude. Spoke to me like I was an idiot. Drove 88 miles to have him say he couldn't do anything for me. I would never recommend him and I will NEVER go back.
