The Office staff was very caring and friendly. Dr. Ata listened and took his time to explain. All in all a great experience. I would recommend 100%.

I am very very disappointed the nurse and I had words when I took my mom her first visit and she holds a grudge she made threats to my mom about dismissing her because of me wow how childish they r very rude unorganized and unprofessional!!!!!

I went to a visit with my mom today and I was very satisfied with the services. The staff is excellent. They are caring and very helpful. Dr. Ata answered all of my questions, he also explained everything that was going on with my mom. He also addressed all of our concerns, without making us feel confused. He explained what was going on with my mom in a way we could understand.

Staff is always friendly and very welcoming. Dr.ATA is very caring and always listens to my concerns.He makes sure all of his patients are well taken care of.

Had a great visit today. The staff were amazing and Dr.ATA got me feeling better by night fall!

I've been going to Dr. Ata for over 25 years. Having worked in a doctor's office as well as multiple hospitals, I asked his nurse if he was always in a pleasant mood and she said, "Everyday!" He listens, and gives the best care.

He’s a great doctor and his staff is very friendly. They got me on his schedule quick and was very polite on the phone and in person. Dr. Ata took the time to answer my question and help me with my problems.

Dr. Ata has an office 3 blocks from me, he refuses to see me because I am hearing impaired. I am an excellent lip reader and that's mainly how I communicate, but he still refused to see me.

I have a special needs daughter who is a patient of Dr. Ata. He and his staff have gone above and beyond to help with her health care needs. If it’s a referral she needs, medicine, or a visit they always come through for us. Blessed to have such a wonderful group of people caring for my daughter. Thank you Dr. Ata for all that you do.

The waiting area always seems clean and comfortable. However, the other rooms you wait in is something to be desired. There was a dirty needle and syringe lying on the sink once and took pictures of it and still have it on my phone. Not Cool.

His staff is the worst I've ever experienced ! Very first appointment, I go in and they had the wrong time and wrong Dr. Another appointment in the triage my blood pressure was a little high and Ata ask how was I doing and I told him my blood pressure was a little high, then he responded, " Is that why your here"? LOL. Another appointment he wanted blood drawn and I told him they'd already done it and he told me he didn't think I did. I told him, Oh yes I did and that they taken 4 vales. He left and came back then had it and told me it had been lost. LOL. So it showed my cholesterol was a little high and he put me on meds for it. Next visit just before they took blood again he looked and my chart and said I'm going to up your meds. I had to explain to him that he was looking at the old blood test and they hadn't sent the current one off yet. LOL. Another appointment I go in to have my yearly exam at the first of the year last year and they told me I already had it and in fact I did

Excellent doctor. He really knows what he is talking about. He is always very friendly and even asks me about my children when he sees me. He does great job for the community and it is always great to see him and his staff. They go the extra mile to take care of you. His staff is courteous also.

These people are crooks. I saw a nurse practitioner in April 2019 to get a medication refill cos they said “ Dr Ata likes his patients to come in every three months or they won’t give you a refill “. On my way out I stopped to pay and they said the charge wax $49 which I paid. Today ( 5-12-2029!) I get a bill for an additional $31! I am calling Medicare and the Alabama licensing board to complain. If goes without saying I found another doctor.

Dr. Ata and staff are always friendly and helpful. It is easy to get into see him and they get you back to be seen quick. Dr. Ata is always caring and helpful no matter what I am going through.
