My name is Pierre (US NAVY) and I am a patient of Dr. Fazal. I was very impressed with the level of care and high level of competence of the Sleep Center staff. My condition requires a CPAP machine. Dr. Fazal patiently explained my diagnosis in great detail as well as the correct use of CPAP and continued health maintenance. Thanks again for your continued care Dr. Fazal!

The location is outstanding and the staff are very attentive. Dr. Fazal is a very kind and caring Physician. I am very happy with the service provided at the Fettler Park Dr, Dumfries location.

Background - Disabled Vet seeing Dr Fazal for 1st time through "Choice" Program, via Veterans Affairs. You can read my story or jump to bottom for final verdict. Arrived at Facility in Dumfries VA and was greeted nicely by Samara and a young man (sorry forgot his name, but very nice). Was then seated in front of a computer to fill in forms as with any other Medical facility for the 1st time. I found this new approach refreshing. I wasn't trying to read small print while balance a clip board and trying to write. I was comfortably sitting at a computer filling out forms that were easy to read and navigate. It also saves a great deal of time and paper, smart approach. They took my old machine, discovered it was over 10 yrs old; even though a year prior I was told by the VA it was a "Newer Machine". That they attempted to & claimed it was repaired and functioning. It wasn't & I have spent countless hours struggling with the VA. Thank GOD for the "Choice" Program. After filling out the forms, the Dr informed me that since my sleep study was so old I needed to have another. (He was correct, previous sleep study was over 10 yrs prior) Due to upcoming family travel commitments made, they worked to provide the opportunity to take the study that night and hopefully have a new Machine in my hands the next day. The Study was conducted by an extremely nice gentleman named George who was not only very professional but also has a great sense of humor, (as did the entire staff). George explained everything required for the study and did his utmost to make me comfortable. (though he wouldn't read me a bedtime story - LOL :<) After the study I remained in the area until the regular staff & Dr arrived, 0900. Note: IHOP is 2 minutes away. At this point, Samara and the Dr did EVERYTHING they could to assist me with the VA to get a new machine authorized. Remember that my CPAP is over10 yrs old and not functioning properly. Needless to say, the VA was not very helpful in the approval process. This is when Samara asked if I had Medicare. This changed everything and she went to extreme efforts to assist in contacting Medicare, obtaining authorization and finally being able to provide me with a new functioning CPAP machine. It took most of the day, but was well worth the time. Finally, the technician that instructed me on the CPAP Machine was extremely knowledgeable, concise and a pleasure to work with. He made the new machine and it's functioning a breeze. After months of struggling with a malfunctioning machine, I went home and had 9 1/2 hours of the best "deep" sleep I've had in a long, long time. Overall experience with Dr Fazal and his staff gets the highest marks I can offer and I look forward to being under their care for my sleep concerns. Dave, Have a Blessed day.

Dr. Fazal is kind, he listens, he is professional in his approach in all ways. Dr. Fazal has a true concern for his patients. Dr. Fazal worked to ensure my needs were met is quick fashion. I am proud to be a patient of Best Sleep and Dr. Fazal.

Be very careful with payments! We paid a bill twice and still got billed again twice! He wastes no time cashing in payments but you will get the run around trying to get your money back. At least I have. His office told me he sometimes cashes payments and doesn’t report to billing that a payment was made. I’m still waiting to get mine back after several calls. Start an email, paper, phone trail! My payments were made July and August 2017. Today is April 2, 2018. Still no refund!!!!
