Dr Torres does a thorough interview before making recommendations. Her objective is to avoid or reduce use of prescription narcotics/opioids. My experience was most favorable and continued visits with Dr Torres are on my agenda.

Dr. Torres is the consummate professional delivering pain relief several times to my husband and me. We give her our highest recommendation.

The office staff spent several minutes complaining about a new software system before anyone greeted me and then I said I had already emailed in my paperwork and was told,” oh, we didn’t get it, you must have sent it to our call center and they don’t get things to us”. Dr. Torres was nice and explained things well but she entered the exam room staring, I’m turning down the lights, I have a migraine”. Not sure I feel comfortable with her doing my epidural if she’s always suffering from something and tells the patients. I want a confident and steady hand. Have doubts.

Lanicaine back injections for lower back pain. . OK for couple hours then hurting starts in middle of back only. Not hurting on either side of center. . As if back devided into 3 parts and only center is in pain.

Dr. Torres has taken care of me and my family. She is so knowledgeable and caring and really goes above and beyond for her patients. I couldn’t recommend her enough !

I felt like i was at a used car dealership with a hard sell on procedures, as well i totaly dislike someone who continually talks over me and dosent allow me to finish a statment, comment or verbal thought. I never felt she was listening to things I was trying to explain. I came away with no faith she understood me or cared.

I was surprised how quick I was able to get an appointment! I found Dr Torres willing to listen, did a thorough exam, she explained what she could offer with my long standing chronic condition. She had already talked with my existing doctor. I already understood that this was a consultation and treatment would not begin until ordered tests were done. The office staff got busy getting the ball rolling. So far, so good. Dr. Torres seems like a good pain management doc.

Very rude doctor! She did not listen to me nor care at all about what I was trying to say. She has zero empathy. Too busy looking at her smart watch during the appointment. She offered zero help. I since found a very caring doctor that helped me immediately with lidocaine patch and muscle relaxers. She offered Nothing! Do not waste your time here! Very rude person

Dr. Torres exceeded my expectations in assuring me that she could fix my back. Everyone one in her office, the receptionist who was very welcoming and the nurse who was so understanding, made the visit very satisfactory. Lovely positive atmosphere.

Dr. Torres was able to create a plan of action to alleviate discomfort from arthritic hip pain prior to surgery. I was able to get an appointment easily and at a location convenient to my home.

Worst physician i have ever seem. Drug like personality. wanted to give me meds that i told her caused me depression and suicide thoughts and then walked out without notice. Charges me three times the amount that other physicians were charging.

I love Dr. Monica Torres! She and her staff have always been respectful and friendly! Slowly but surely Dr. Torres has been lifting me out of the chronic pain I have had for years.

Visit was decent time wise. First visit was way ahead of schedule. Second vidit I waited about 45 minutes before I was taken in for my procedure. Procedure was quick and definitive.

DR Torres is great, she listens and always comes up with a solution to nagging pains. She put PRP in my knee with torn meniscus and fixed to perfectly. Still in good shape after 6 years. In short she is the best ever

It is always a pleasure to visit Dr. Torres and her entire staff. They are all so friendly, helpful,and informative to me and the procedure they are to perform. I always walk in with a positive and calm attitude and walk out feeling like something great was accomplished.

Our son was schedule to meet Dr Torres, however her assistant Summer did a very poor follow-up and the his Scan was not available to the initial Telehealth call. Only after Signiant effort did Summer bother to get the Scan from SMIL. Dr Torres requested to see him back on 6/24. When following up with Summer to get that confirmed she said Dr Torres did not have any time available to meet in June. We tried to talk to anyone else and they put on us hold, then hung up on us. When we finally talked to someone they said the office manager would call us back, which did not happen. This is horrible and very poor doctor/patient environment. Anyone would be better. I will let you know if they ever call back and try to fix this situation, however we have zero expectation that would ever happen.

This was my first visit with Dr. Torres. She was kind and very professional. She took the time to explain and answer my questions.

I have been seeing Dr. Torres for the last several years for treatment of spinal stenosis. She has been an angel of mercy. She always shows concern for my well being and is very professional. I could not ask for more.

Would not see me in person. Did not review my records prior to the telehealth appointment. Did not follow up nor write a script. Office marginally acceptable. She tried to sell me on experimental procedures when I was there for pain meds. Not professional. Not recommended.

Doc Viswanith has been nothing short of 5 star awesome has Emily whom has been my primary for some time now. spoke witha new guy at doc V's office that was great not sure if that's my new POC o if Emily still is? Very thankful and happy not to be under doc torres anymore

Dr Torres is a wonderful doctor, and she has a great staff. Both I and my husband have seen her, and I'm so grateful for all her care. The Orthovisc injections for my knees did wonders, and lasted 2 years!!

My husband had a cortisone shot on his knee, he left this office with ABSOLUTLY NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to care for it after leaving home, we had to google for what to expect following this small but important procedure.

If you are referred to this doctor, ask for someone else...anyone else. Dr. Seuss would be better. She is was rude, impatient and didn't understand that my 90 year old grandfather was hard of hearing. We recently set up a date and time for a telephone call for a prescription refill, no office visits due to Covid. No one in the office was competent enough to arrange anything and after an hour of waiting I was informed that she's "working from home and probably at lunch". Declaring that she's unprofessional would be too kind.

I like working with Dr. Torres and Annabelle. They reviewed all that was done. I was disappointed that I could not have my procedure but this is because of the covid not the Dr. or others.

Dr. Torres is very kind and professional. I've seen her a few times in her office prior to the Teleconference. It went well.
