-office staff never answers phone and always has a full voicemail inbox -office transferred online systems so there is no way to message via online portal -late to the appointment by 30-45 minutes and rushed through the visit -Zoom visits are delayed last minute due to personal errands that should be planned ahead -during zoom visits ate a meal. unprofessional

Living 350 miles from San Francisco, there are rheumatologists available to me that are much closer; however, I choose to make the long trip specifically to see Dr. Magnano. I have been seeing Dr. Magnano for about 4 years now & find her to be extremely knowledgeable, personable, concerned & always kind. She is 'on top' of my lab tests and is responsive to my phone calls when I've had a question or issue. I highly recommend Dr. Magnano! Dr. Magnano is a terrific doctor and a joy to talk to. .. She is a doctor that I can talk with easily. She's been super helpful to me and I feel we just click very well. I now travel from Berkeley to San Francisco (which is difficult for me) as she has moved to the city. She's just worth the effort.
