Mollie Rene Deshazo

Dr Deshazo sat down with my wife and I and fully explained a plan to treat my cancer. She welcomed questions and listened to our needs. We both felt comfortable with her plan. I highly recommend Dr. Deshazo and Urology Center.

I was there to review my Pet Scan results. I never felt more confident in any other of my doctors as I do in Dr DeShazo. She has given me the best care I have ever had. I couldn’t imagine take this journey with any other doctor leading my health care team. Dr DeShazo explains everything to me in layman terms and she makes sure I have a good understanding of the her treatment plan. She’s the BEST

She seemed very caring and concerned when we began my husbands care. After she ran out of treatment options, she just transferred him over to her NP and had no idea what was ever going on with him as a patient. I was very surprised by this. I heard from another MD in the Birmingham area, that she does not treat patient when their options run out.

Dr. Deshazo has been treating my father for Stage 4 Prostate Cancer for over 2 years. She is kind, sympathetic, calm, and reassuring. Her bedside manner is incredible. She has given my Dad hope in the face of this devastating diagnosis. She has encouraged all of us with her endless energy and positive attitude. What a blessing she has been to us.

An amazing doctor!! Recently helped my father. Gave us hope when we thought there was no help for his back pain. We will drive 4 hours from now on to use her and the doctors at UAB!!!

She is a very caring person. She knows her stuff and talks with confidence. She is such a great person. She makes me feel almost like family, with her care and concern. I can not say enough good things about her. She is the best!!!!
