Dr. Mohammed Mahmoud Moursi

Dr. Mourning gets a five Star rating from me and my family. My visits now every three to six months are always Great! Dr. Moursi is the finest vascular surgeon in the United States.. Had no problems after he performed surgery on the blocked area of the left Carotid artery, three years ago. (He repaired the carotid artery that surgery by another noted surgeon had failed to unblock and almost killed me) I still suffer today, Thirteen years later, from fracturing my vertebrae during a grand mall seizure right after surgery because of dangerously high blood pressure ..I am forever grateful to Dr. Moursi for saving my life! Yes, I will gladly recommend Dr. Moursi to anyone that needs vascular surgery.

Cannot say enough about Dr. Moursi and his nurses at uams. He took his time and explained the procedure I need to have and what to expect. Great personality and seemed genuinely concerned about my leg. So appreciative of both him and my ortho for finding the blood clot in my leg.

If you need an operation known as a carotid endarterectomy Dr. Moursi is the best by far! Not only did he come highly recommended by peers overall record spoke highly for him. My wife found him after some research when I was faced with the dilemma of needing the operation bu scared to use the Dr. recommended by my Dr. since his record wasn't really that great and my situation was a little tricky. I wont like, I was very scared about having the operation. Dr. Moursi put me at great ease and gave me tremendous confidence in his ability and he was right on the mark! The operation went perfectly without a hitch. He was very forthcoming to me, answered all my questions, treated me well and in fact his entire staff were the best ever! Highly recommended.

The staff, vascular tech, physicians and nurse were excellent in every way. I had been going to a clinic elsewhere and after 5 weeks nothing positive. After approximately 3 hours the UAMS team had my very painful problem diagnosed and established a treatment plan.
