Dr. Mohammad Okasha

Do not get your wisdom teeth out by this doctor! They will treat you like cattle on a onveyor belt. I was put to sleep 7 mins after getting in the room, they didn’t talk to me or explain what they were doing and just started putting in IVs and breathing tubes. They didn’t ask if I had questions or what my after care would be like, or anything. I also asked if I could keep my teeth after the surgery and they lied and said it was illegal in the state of Florida. I told them I felt very scared while they were putting me to sleep because I saw them getting out tools to work on me and they ignored me and didn’t offer any comfort. I woke up in pain and tried to tell them it hurt and at first the doctor ignored me but after I started crying he injected me with so much local anesthetic that my whole mouth was numb until the following day. The whole procedure lasted less then 35 mins and I doubt they did a proper job in that short amount of time. They will not treat you with respect or care. Dr Mohammad Okasha, Gaye, his assistant, and Malissa, the modern dental surgery staff should be fired. They showed no concern when I called to complain about my treatment and seemed annoyed that I even called or had questions.

Called office to make appointment was given name from my insurance company. Girl who answered the phone was more concerned about how I was going to pay for services than setting me up with an appointment. I called United Health Insurance company back and told them how nasty and rude they were. They are going to remove them from their list. I never scheduled an appointment because it sounds like all they care about is getting money not taking care of new patients!
