Dr. Misty Marie Blanchette Porter

With regard to Dr. Blanchette Porter, I would certainly not recommend this doctor. This individual’s behavior was condescending and lacked compassion. It’s hard to believe this person is some sort of director of a department there. The tone, words, and body language came off as angry/irritated/closed-off. It was as though Blanchette Porter was annoyed I was asking questions about my condition. This doc came off as argumentative when I just wanted to learn what was going on. This doctor tried telling me what I had was “normal“ and, in fact, it’s not common and I had a reason to be questioning things. How rudely dismissive. A skilled professional doesn’t try to merely prove themselves right (especially, when they aren’t) at the expense of the patient’s right to quality care. Maybe get some training with regard to compassion fatigue too. Some of the other staff were friendly & professional. Beware: office has major issues w/regard to scheduling and following up with people.

she is rude and pompous. horrible bedside mannor. made me feel worthless and humiliated. never experienced anythng like it before.
