I spent an hour with my X pulmonary doctor Dr Girish trying his best to persuade me to take the covid shot an it went on so long that I totally forgot to tell him about my problem. I contacted the VA after I left and told them they just wasted their money on an appointment that they sent me to be checked out for or discuss my problem with. This was in July 2021. He has been a great doctor for me & my unusual diagnoses- & very helpful in all my needs! I would never change!

He is so caring and really listens! He doesn’t get in a hurry and really takes the time to make sure everything is explained well.

He was more interested in talking me into getting the COVID vaccine than he was wanting to know my problem for my visit.

My experience with Dr. Girish is that he truly cares about his patients. Right now with the pandemic it is understanding that as a lung doctor there is probably a lot of stress in that field. Though the wait times can be long, it was worth it to receive the best care one can find in East Tennessee.

Dr. Girish does not listen to the patient. His rushed judgement lead to my insurance not covering service. You should find a doctor who will actually listen to your symptoms as you know when something is wrong.
