Dr. Minh Bui

This Dr. Minh, is NOT a caring doctor!!! Upon being in the emergency room for a infection, and having a IV ran in me, he came in initially asked what the problems were. Upon telling him, he was acting inpatient waiting to understand me. No compassion whatsoever!!!! Then, I was starting to have an accident going on so I had to go to the bathroom, pushed the button, ALR didnt come for like 20 minutes, WHILE MINE U, after getting up and going out of room, guess who is sitting there and desk with a female but the very same doctor! I guess I was put in front of them, bc I was the only one there. I took the IV bag with me, and upon taking it see that it is EMPTY! Coming back to room , I ask the doctor if he could assist me with empty IV, and he just mumbled something, so I guess I had to wait for ALR who set me up with IV!!!! That's ridiculous!! ALR didn't come when I hit button "ON" for another half an hour!!! Now MY BLOOD is going into tube!!! Then ALR was acting like I don't know what to do with you now says, I guess we will run another IV, is that ok with you? I said sure I guess. She gets it going and within an half of hour it isn't dripping! ALR finally comes in to fix and next thing I know I'm sleeping finally, and A BIG GUY who I never seen while there since 10:30 PM, comes in at 5:00 AM, and puts light on and says, time to wake up!!! Rudely awakened and he leaves, girl gives me my instructions, ask if I had any questions, I asked did they find out what was wrong with me and she replied NO. You will have to follow-up with your doctor. She put paperwork on their tray, walked out, and what's the real kicker is the so called doctor, NEVER came in to speak with me upon leaving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I escorted myself out on my own!!! Walked out on my own. This hospital sucks, and so do the staff!!!! Has gotten worse over the years!!!! Can I make a suggestions, INSTEAD of making your hospital building look so professional, why don't you put the monies into more outstanding, compassionate, professional doctors!!!!! Seems like you have put too much money into glamour then into care of patients!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!! No professionalism, by fancy outside building!!!
