She’s the best! I’m so lucky to have found her!

WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS THERAPIST! I could go on for days about her terrible, unethical and unprofessional behavior and the way she treated me. I had several sessions with her .The least of concerns is that when she's running late you have to wait outside of her house (even when it's dark and, cold). Then she would insist that I said things I didn't say and when I told her I never said something she said I did, she FLIPPED OUT on me and insisted I was lying, as opposed to discussing it to see how there was a misunderstanding or SOMETHING other than acting extremely bazaar. THEN well after we had gone our separate ways, she FRAUDULENTLY charged my dad's credit card (he was paying for the sessions). Just an awful person in my opinion and such a waste of time and she only made me feel worse. Her behavior was absolutely shocking . Definitely seek help elsewhere. I don't believe the positive reviews and if they are true they are definitely anomalies or maybe there's just some people that she feels can treat like they are worthless, I don't know. At some point of my life I was very sick and I was looking for help in every possible place. I met Dr. Lipson in a Lyme group she organized and she helped me to find direction and healing. I am very grateful to her.

When I learned that Dr. Lipson was "Lyme literate", I raced to make an appointment despite being upwards of 45 minutes from her office. I came to find it was worth every minute. I saw her until she, unfortunately, relocated. She worked with me tirelessly finding different forms of therapy that would best work for me. Dr. Mindy was recommended to me through a friend during a very traumatic time in my life. I was pregnant and found out awful things about my then significant other. Mindy helped me heal, gave me perspective about myself, and (through EMDR) helped alleviate ptsd symptoms. She is a great therapist, very knowledgeable!

Dr. Mindy has helped me tremendously. Helped me work through different aspects of my life. I have been seeing her for 6 months. She is very sincere and easy to talk to. Her availability is great as she saw me even on a Sunday or a late evening after office hours when it was an emergency. After a difficult divorce, I needed help with healing from the pain and realized after working with Doc Mindy that there is way more from childhood that has created my issues. Where do I begin with my experience with Dr. Mindy Lipson? I have never participated in any form of therapy before, however I had just gone thru a heartwrenching breakup in an emotionally abuse relationship and I knew that I couldn't do it on my own. I e-mailed Dr. Mindy on a Sunday (she was referred by someone else) and she promptly responded within an hour of my inquiry. I was put on the schedule within 24 hours to see her. It was all so efficient, simple and stress free.

 Dr. Mindy Lipson insights, empathy and advice were 100% priceless. I felt 100 times better after just the first visit. She helped soothe my anxiety and gave me productive ways to cope with what I was dealing with. She helped me in ways that no friend or family member ever could. Without Dr. Mindy, I know I would still be struggling to this day to move forward. Amazing Psychologist and counseling services. Dr. Lipson was referred to my wife and I by a close family friend when we expressed a need for marriage counseling. I was facing a lot of stress management issues at work and my wife needed depression treatment and infertility counseling. Everything was coming to a head and I was so scared of losing her. I started having anxiety and panic attacks. We were a mess when we first met the good doctor. Our sessions were very thought provoking and she helped us put everything into perspective. I'm not saying everything's perfect but we are working on it and both feeling a lot better. We are finally looking forward to the future, not fearing it. Come what may and love it. Was able to recover with her help over last 3 years. Great atmosphere as her office is homey and chill. Not a traditional office building and there is even a garden to wait in before your session.

I was put on her waiting list for a month out. She was late to my first appointment and never called me back to confirm.. I had called back the same day after making the appointment with her cuz I had a question and never got a return call. I called 3 more times the week of my appointment to confirm and still didn't hear back. The morning of she called me saying she was late cuz of her new puppy. When she arrived I was trying to openly communicate about what had happened. She then said "YOU'RE CLEARLY UNHAPPY" and I left.. GREAT SESSION. I was looking forward to meeting with her. Dr. Lipson helped get my life back on track. She was instrumental in helping me with my past grief, trauma and addiction. She will help get your life journey going in the best direction. You must do the work. She will keep you honest. This is your path. She helps clear it for you. Thank you Dr. Lipson.

According to her she doesn't keep track of time, unless it's to end early and start late in my case. Also doesn't seem to care much about the patient. Wasn't a good match. Thanks anyway.

I've been seeing Dr. Lipson for over six months for PTSD after an accident. We have done EMDR sessions and she has been a life saver! She is a no nonsense Dr. and she doesn't sugar coat anything, so if your looking to be spoon fed, she is not the Dr. for you. I've been seeing Dr. Mindy Beth Lipson for almost a year now. She has been the best therapist I've ever seen, and I've recommended her to many friends looking for a therapist. We've been working with EMDR and it has helped me move forward with my life.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lipson's for several years, intermittently. Dr. Lipson has been a godsend to me. She has been pivotal in helping me work through my trauma. Even though I was resistant to EMDR, she did not give up on trying to help me get better. I have done EMDR with her, and it is extremely effective. One of the things I appreciate about her is the fact that she has multiple, treatment modalities, in addition to the psychotherapy, such as the EMDR and biofeedback. Dr. Lipson has a unique way of communicating that is honest yet caring and firm. She will tell you what you need to hear, and not just what you want to hear. She is so caring and supportive, and has even reached out and encouraged me to seek help when I stopped going to therapy. I cannot say enough positive things about her. When it comes to scheduling, she has been very accommodating by seeing me later in the evening or even on Sundays. I have been seeing Dr. Lipson for over 5 years and she is amazing, compassionate and professional. Over the years I have seen a lot of doctors and no one compares to her. I appreciate everything she's ever done for me and still doing.

I've been seeing Dr. Mindy Beth Lipson for almost a year now. She has been the best therapist I've ever seen, and I've recommended her to many friends looking for a therapist. We've been working with EMDR and it has helped me move forward with my life.

Dr. Lipson has helped me to deal with ongoing depression and impulse issues, particularly anger which was causing me to hurt those I loved. I have learned how to handle things better than I did in the past and was able to understand how my childhood effected this.

She doesn't seem very interested in the patient. She is very strict about Keeping the session under scheduled time yet is always late
