This office has people with smiles on their faces when they greet you to check-in and speak pleasantly.The nurses are totally Amazing with smiles and willing to listen and help Also Dr Jacob is an Amazing Doctor. He has the ability to listen to his patient and ask questions in a way that does not make you uncomfortable. His office is a wonderful safe place to be cared fore.

Love the practice. Front desk, nurses and Dr are great. However, from the time of my appointment until I see the Dr., to me is not good. If I haven't seen the Dr within 30 minutes of my appointment; that is unacceptable. I'd prefer within 15 minutes. But I do know that sometimes the Dr may need to take more time with a previous patient. I just feel like my time is not respected and is not seen as valuable.

Visit was good other then the wait.

I enjoyed taking with Dr. Jacob, he was upclose and personal and cared about his patient. I was comfortable with him and would recommend to others.

I couldn't have picked a better Cardiologist. His staff has helped me through all the tests and repairing my heart. I would highly recommend Dr. Jacob. Peyton and Elizabeth have always been there when I had a question. I truly believe he saved my life.

Dr. Jacob saved my life, it doesn't get any better than that. He isn't God, but he walks with Him. I can never repay him.

I saw Dr. Jacob about four times for testing (EKG, Stress, Cath, etc). While he did wind up properly diagnosing my CAD, the experience wasn't good. Didn't want to answer questions, didn't offer any explanations, was very droid like and not at all personable or communicative. Even when I learned I had to have a CABG, he looked bored and disinterested. Learning of this diagnosis was stressful, and Dr. Jacob did not seem at all empathetic to that. Went to another Cardiologist in a different practice and it turned around 180 degrees.

. Dr. Jacob is an excellent doctor. He is very serious and answers your questions with concern and knowledge. Five Stars says it all!

The wait time was a little annoying but I dealt with it. I’m more concerned about me taking medication for 3 months that I wasn’t supposed to be taking. I had adverse reactions too it and had contacted and spoke with Dr Jacobs nurse practitioner about my reactions. She had me take meds in morning instead of night, which helped a lot . The whole experience has been distressing. The wait time was a little annoying but I dealt with it. I’m more concerned about me taking medication for 3 months that I wasn’t supposed to be taking. I find Dr. Jacob to be direct and to the point. He is very thorough, and when other doctors was wanting to do surgery to soon after a previous surgery, he stood up and said no this patient will go home and heal then you will do your surgery. He has been very helpful to me.

I was very pleased with the visit. Thorough and to the point about my heart.

My 50 year old husband was having shortness of breath when we would work out on the elliptical. We knew something was wrong. Our primary care Dr. scheduled a heart cath with Dr. Mena Jacob. He performed the heart cath and called me after and said my husband had a 100% total occlusion. He was unable to block it. I asked him what was the next step, he said he was prescribing four prescriptions and that my husband would see him in a month. I asked him if there were specialists out there that could unblock the artery. He said “ I think there is one in Atlanta, I’ll have to get back with you.” He never did. I immediately found a wonderful out of state doctor who unblocked my husbands artery in an hour and a half procedure. My husband now can exercise and have a better quality of life. If Dr. Mena Jacob could not unblock the artery, he should know and be able to refer other doctors who have the expertise that can. Sad for his patients that don’t know a 100% total occlusion can be unblocked.

Dr. Mena Jacob gave no hope for my husbands 100% blocked artery. He only wanted to give prescriptions and doctors office visits to him. I asked for a referral for a specialist and he said he “thought there was one in Atlanta and he would have to get back to me.” After doing research, we found a doctor who unblocked the artery in a less than 2 hour procedure. This changed my husbands quality of life. Mena Jacob did nothing that helped my husbands quality of life. If Dr. Jacob doesn’t have the expertise to do certain procedures, he should know and be able to refer his patients to specialists who can.

Had deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and he failed to schedule required follow up visit. The result is a problem with a device placed in my vein that should have been removed.

Dr. Jacob has been my Cardiologist since he came to town. I feel like he has helped lengthened my life. He is young, smart, and is heads above the rest on technology. He is the best!

Since my father was diagnosed, two years ago, Dr Jacob and his team, have demonstrated expertise, professionalism, and most importantly, care. His assertive approach and sophisticated clinical treatment have made the process manageable and encouraging. There are not enough words to express our gratitude. Recommended.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacob for 6 years for my heart disease and he continues to have a wonderful bedside manner and takes his time with me. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jacob recently treated my husband who has an extensive cardiac history. I was highly impressed with his bedside manner, compassion, willingness to update our family and answer all of our questions and concerns. Dr. Jacob took the time to come and see my husband after his procedure and spent 10-20 minutes with him discussing his future plan of care. I am very pleased with his care and would highly recommend him in the future.

Dr Jacob's did surgery on my husband. He passed right afterwards. He NEVER came in to talk to us! Hmmmm

Dr. Jacob took the time to listen and do the series of test he thought I should have. He was very concerned and took the time to listen. Disappointed he left this area.

Dr. Jacob is the best cardiologist I have every been to. He was very concerned and made sure every aspect of future care was discussed and explained very throughly in my visit. Dr. Jacobs spends adequate amount of time you don't feel rushed. I would definitely recommend this Doctor.

Very arrogant and speaks down to others. Overheard him speaking to someone in his office in a very condescending way. Very unprofessional. Will not return to see him.
