I'm disappointed in the lack of care I received.

I would 100% recommend Dr. McNichol. From our initial consultation until now (I'm 9 weeks pregnant), Dr. McNichol and his whole staff have been wonderful. At our initial consultation he took plenty of time to hear about the unique details of our case, answering all of our questions, and assuring us that we were on the right track. He was personally in contact with us via phone call and email in the initial stages of the IVF process making sure everything was going smoothly. Once we got to the frozen transfer stage, we had several cancelled transfers due to my body just not cooperating. Dr. McNichol constantly reassured us, letting us know that it is so common for this process to take many tries before it's successful. He was so patient, and helped us be patient as well. When something wasn't working, he would make minor adjustments to my protocol until finally we found something that worked! It has been a long journey, but totally worth it!

Dr. McNichol has been absolutely amazing through this entire process! He is extremely compassionate and will take the time to address all of your concerns personally. There were so many times I felt defeated, but he reassured me. The office staff is absolutely amazing. Nikki, the IVF nurse is an absolute queen. The office manager, however, she’s a different story. Diedra was rude and tried to justify charging my insurance company when I didn’t even go into the office for a visit. She tried to tell me I wasn’t allowed to talk on the phone with Dr. McNichol anymore otherwise I would be charged, even if it was him reaching out just to check on me. I told the doctor about this and he reassured me he would be there for me and he hasn’t let me down. Despite her being horrible and money hungry, I would never rate Dr McNichol based on her because he is the best. He deserves the highest rating that can be given.

My experience at Fertility Center of Orlando was great. Especially Dr. McNichol. The staff was helpful, & I left equipped with information that I actually comprehended.

I was in infertility journey for About 8 years, we did first IVF in Singapore in 2016,started looking for IVF doctor in Orlando since 2017,i dont want to choose wrong doctor or Clinic because i knew how the IVF journey Will be,and i found Dr.Milton Mcnichol,met him on mid july and i felt in Love since first consultation because of the way he explained the process,start the IVF on end of july,and today 27th october i got My HCG test,and Yani (the Nurse) call me with the good news that I’m pregnant ! Miss Joanne who handle the insurance part also so helpful to bridge between the patient and insurance company. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR.MILTON MCNICHOL AND TEAM !!! I can not mention one by one but they are so helpful and professional to handle the roller coaster hormones that i was experiencing while on medication. Nikki...thank youuuuuu so much for your patience.

Dr. McNichol is truly the most caring and compassionate RE out there. After having experiences with other fertility centers I can’t tell you how great it was to have a doctor that treated me like a person, not just a number. He makes sure you feel well educated with everything going on, which is especially helpful when you’re going through something you can feel so out of control of, like infertility. Through out the interactions it’s clear he really cares about his patients. He doesn’t just push you into treatments, he treats you like a person and engages you in the whole process. He truly goes the extra mile and I honestly can’t thank him enough for the care he’s given us.

Dr. McNichol is the most professional and moral doctor I have ever met. He took his time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions. He was very understanding and thoughtful of my concerns. To have the ability to help others and be so nurturing is an attribute that not many doctors express in their field. Dr.McNichol is an exceptional professional doctor who is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He truly cares about his patients, and he personally calls with test results. It's comforting to get to speak with him about these sensitive health issues. He is attentive and never makes you feel rushed, he takes time to answer questions.Your visit is not over when you leave his office. He will follow up with you and make you understand everything he explained to you.His stuff are wonderful !!!

Dr. McNichol performed my IVF procedure and is personally responsible for the birth of my beautiful daughter. I am extremely grateful and thankful to him for this gift which is priceless. Dr. McNichol was extremely kind, patient, and understanding during a very stressful experience. Fertility treatment is extremely stressful, and you need a doctor who is caring like Dr. McNichol.

He was very informative and pleasant to speak with. I will be continuing treatment with him. My only complaint is that the waiting room, as most of the patients waiting in the waiting room are crying, very upset, or in a stare of distress which in turn caused me to feel very uncomfortable and caused me stress as well.

Dr Mcnichol and his staff are excellent! We found him after being disappointed with the level of personal attention you receive at some of the larger fertility clinics. We are very thankful that we did. There is a real feeling of ownership and personal attention you receive from Dr Mcnichol and his staff, including his IVF coordinator Nikki who sets you at ease throughout the whole process. The office is wonderful. They call you back very quick and work with your schedule. Dr. McNichol and the staff are very friendly and nice. Definitely recommended!

Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to any of my military friends that are seeking fertility help. They work with Tricare as well. I’ve never seen a dr so knowledgeable and courteous. The staff is great as well! I’ve never had an issue with them.

I have been a patient of his for 6 yrs and several babies later. Dr. McNichol is a wonderful doctor. He has always taken the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions in detail. I have never felt like a number. He is has always been supportive and compassionate. He understands the delicate nature of infertility. His expertise and compassion make him the best in his field in my opinion.

Dr. McNichol and his staff are truly one of a kind. After a long and painful journey of infertility (one miscarriage and one ectopic pregnancy that ended in emergency surgery/tube removal), we decided to leave the large practice reproductive endocrinologist and go see Dr. McNichol instead. With great care and understanding, Dr. McNichol helped us feel comfortable. We are so thankful to have found Dr. McNichol!

We've been with Doctor Mcnichole and his staff for about 3-4 months and after 13 years of not knowing what condition was causing my infertility and female issues, he has found the culprit and has a solution! The staff and Doctor have been patient and great! Dr Mcnichole is the best doctor I've ever met, super patient, explains things so that they are able to be understood and seems genuine!

Wasted a year 1/2 dealing with complete incompetency with the staff. Trying to get someone to call me back was a major ordeal and half the time, he didn't even know why I was there because things weren't noted correctly. After multiple tests and surgeries, we were supposed to start IVF/DE last month and after 2 MONTHS of trying to get someone to contact me, I gave up and found another doctor, who in just 1 month has been more productive and proactive with my situation. Devastating experience.

This doctor is amazing! His level of professionalism, knowledge and compassion is beyond compare. He always takes his time with patients, answers questions and provides thoughtful advice. I had been TTC for a long time. After less than 1 year with Dr. McNichol I am now 10 weeks pregnant. He and his staff always goes above and beyond, even contacting me after hours (7-8 pm) to see how I was doing. I'm sad he can't follow my pregnancy to completion but happy to give a spot to someone who needs him
