About Dr. Milton Thomas Michael Little
Reviews for Dr. Milton Thomas Michael Little
Dr. Little is a fantastic surgeon - from his bedside manner to the way he manages his patients care. I am a registered nurse who works bedside so I am very observant of doctors skills and demeanor. I can wholeheartedly say that I would trust any of my loved ones with him after my great experience. I would highly recommend!
Dr. Little has been fantastic in every step of my care for a torn achilles tendon. Thorough in every aspect of his communication and service. I wouldn't want any other doctor to have operated on me and helped me on my way to recovery.
If it had not been for Dr. Little I wouldn't have a foot. He's the best at what he does
Excellent doctor and staff. I was very impressed with the care I received
My father was admitted to the hospital after having a big fall, he fractured his hip and broke his shoulder. He s 76 years old. Very active and alert. Dr Little was very caring. He was very easy to talk to, made us very comfortable and explained to us everything about the procedures that he was going to do. Both procedures went smoothly. The dr and his team were very kind and attentive. We just did our 3 weeks check up and dr Little was just as kind and attentive as day one of the fall. My dad, 3 weeks post surgery and walking, and is being able to use his arm. We are forever grateful for Dr little and the huge team of drs that helped put my dad back on his feet! Dr. Little put a plate in my shoulder after I broke my Scapula and my shoulder is back 100%
My Mother, 97 yrs old, broke her pelvis and had a follow up appointment 7 days after leaving Cedars, with Dr. Little today at 11:15am. They asked us to check in at 11 am. We did, meanwhile this was a painful process to get her up the ramp and into the Elevators. Once we checked in they told us we would have to wait an hour to actually see the Doctor. She was upset, this was very upsetting to her to have to sit in a chair for an hour with a broken pelvis. They wanted to make another appointment and I asked why, so we can wait another day for an hour or so to see a Doctor. There is something very wrong with the appointment scheduling at the Orthopedic Center. Try correcting the schedule first. We are happy to find another Doctor, in an office that actually honors the appointment times. Fixed up my boy Tommy Buns after he broke every bone in his body attempting to jump as an extremely over weight man. Shockingly Tim wasn't the fattest guy in the room at the time.
I had great experience with Dr little. Besides for the right diagnosis, was able to do the surgery for me in a timely manner and in a way that I didn’t need physical therapy afterwards. Thank you Dr
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Little! He was professional, friendly, warm, and made me like I was in good and capable hands. He did a fantastic job repairing my broken shoulder and is the man that other surgeons go to when they need help. That's how you know he's good. :)
Dr. Little is kind, patient and, most critically, an excellent surgeon. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
Dr. Little is a brilliant surgeon and a lovely human being. I had massive shoulder trauma from falling down a flight of steps backwards. He put me back together and I was driving in 6 weeks. When I moved to San diego, the new practice I went to were oohing and aahing about my "stellar" surgery after looking at my xrays and records. He is the man in LA for shoulder surgery
Dr. Little is my hero. I was involved in a hit and run car accident and brought to Cedars. Thankfully for me, Dr Little was the surgeon that was assigned to me. I cam in with a shattered Pelvis, right wrist fractures and more. First, he is a brilliant surgeon Second, what a great human being, The aftercare was phenomenal, his listening abilities are second to none, and his understanding of my needs always came first. Dr Little loves his family and you can tell, but what I’ve found amazing is everyone’s reaction when I tell them that Dr Little treated me. I’ve had many follow up surgeries and when ever I am at Cedars, people light up when I say his name. He is truly a hem and an incredible person.
Excellent !!!!!
Dr Little took care of my wife when she suffered an open fracture of the right elbow, very recently, due to a fall at home. In addition to obviously being a superbly trained and experienced physician, he is extremely sensitive, kind and patient and conveys information to patient and patient's family clearly and answers all questions.
I am also a physician, and Dr. Little repaired my fractured ankle (three fractures and shredded cartilage). I have been impressed by his professionalism and his skill, but also by his demeanor and kindness. Highly recommended.
Thanks to Dr. Little my husband is coming back to his old self after he broke his elbow.. understanding and very helpful.
The entire process of my total hip replacement surgery has been relatively easy and hassle free. Dr. Little has a great bedside manner, taking the time to make his assessment and discuss options, I felt very at easy making these important surgical decisions. Dr. Little's support staff has been great, they are helpful and kind. I am a retired/disabled veteran, Dr. Little's staff went out of their way to coordinate w/ TriCare (my mil retiree insurance) and help me receive this great care.
Dr. Little is an incredible surgeon. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and skilled. I couldn’t recommend him more.
I am a professional dancer and was quite worried about the repercussion of my injury and surgery on my career...Doctor Little was very sensitive to my lifestyle and was reassuring at each step of the process. I am grateful for his confidence and calm when I felt overwhelmed. I highly recommend him to performers and athletes.
The process leading up to my hip replacement and the followup by the care team was excellent. I left the hospital after 3 days requiring no prescription pain medicine.
Service to get an appointment has been terrible. I have been on hold for 15 minutes TWICE and receptionist seems to have no clue whats going on.
Dr. Little administers the absolute highest level of care a medical professional can give. He was patient and answered all of my questions. His staff is wonderful.. But his highest marks come from the actual surgery. He was attentive after the surgery while I was hospitalized and continued daily checkups after I was discharged. I feel great!! My new hip healed rapidly following his advice of dos and don'ts. My neighbors all ask "Who did your surgery?" and I happily say, "Dr. Milton Little!"

After a trip to CSMC ER for a nasty fall, Dr Little performed emergency orthopedic surgery on my broken fib tib. I feel fortunate that Dr Little was my surgeon. His manner, demeanor and excellent care was a great comfort. I'm healing well and while I don't recommended breaking one foot and spraining the other, I do recommend Dr Little. He's incredible

Dr. Little did a bang up job! My girl will now be able to walk and likely run again. Very nice and took the time to explain what was going on. Can't say enough good things.

Absolutely excellent
He preformed a real miracle to save my leg and shoulder from a very bad accident. He took great care of me during my Days in the I CU of Cedars Sinai. He is an excellent Dr! I am forever grateful. The only problem I had was with his assistant, unfortunately she is not as professional and ethical as Dr. Little , but if you talk to the manager of cedars Sinai Clinic you may get better assistance. I just with Dr. Little would accept my medical plan so I could keep getting treatment with him
