Dr. Yanez and his assistant made me feel very comfortable during my procedure. They were both highly professional and efficient.

Staff and Doctors are very attentive from the moment you walk in the door. The office is busy but the wait times are not long.

Always enjoy seeing Dr. Yanez and the team at PPSD. They are always very kind and super efficient.

Dr. Yanez listens to your concerns and explains the procedure thoroughly.

I took my son to see Dr. Yanez for a spot on his hand, and for a couple of spots (looked like moles) bothering him on his face. On the plus side, the secretary was very nice, and was able to get me an appointment within a few days. On the negative side, Dr. Yanez took very little time with my son, and barely even looked at his problem areas. When we asked questions, Dr. Yanez was very arrogant an condescending, stating that "he was the professional" in this situation. The spots on my son's face were brushed aside as acne, even though he had already been through an entire regime of Accutane. Dr. Yanez decided to freeze the spot on my son's hand, and now it looks worse than ever.
