Dr. Miguel J Lanz

I had gone to various professionals with my older son because his excema was very bad no one could get it under control. My younger son is a patient of Dr. Lanz because of his peanut allergy. Dr. Lanz took one look at Tiago and asked if he can look at him and help. After some tests he put together a plan of action and we have it under control. I am ever so grateful Dr. Lanz is our doctor. Dr. Lanz was extremely thorough, competent and easy to talk to. He listened to me and gave me excellent care and advice. His staff was pleasant and easy to get along with. They went out of their way to assist me.

Dr Lanz took the time to explain all the lab results and answer all my questions. My son has strong aversions to going to doctors visits. Dr Lanz took the time to acknowledge him and commend him for sitting nicely and for giving him great eye contact. Dr. Lanz is an exceptional allergist and immunologist. He is knowledgeable of medical developments in his field and displays great judgment with the health of his patients always. More than that, I’ve found Dr. Lanz to be unique in how thoughtful and available he has always been. He truly cares about his patients and I continue to rely on him as my most trusted doctor even after moving from Miami. My only complaint is that every city doesn’t come equipped with a Dr. Lanz!

Dr. Lanz is an exceptional physician. I have been seeing him for 10+ years now, and cannot say more positive things about him and his practice. Dr. Lanz takes time to understand the medical history of his patients, and truly cares about his patients. He is always happy to explain treatments, as well as provide options. Dr. Lanz is not a physician who sees his patients as $$, like other ones I have been to. He will be someone you go to for many medical questions, because he is so trustworthy. I work in the pharmaceuticals industry and so am up to date on current asthma and allergy treatments -- so is Dr. Lanz. He is extremely knowledgeable on treatment options, new and old. The staff is fantastic. Esther gave me allergy shots for years, and was so skilled that the needles no longer scared me. All in all, Dr. Lanz and his staff are fantastic, and you should look no further for great care.

He is the trusted doctor of my entire family and his referrals keep growing -- I oftentimes travel down to Miami just to meet with him because of how much I trust his judgment. My daughter has been a patient of Dr Lanz for at least a decade. Dr Lanz came highly recommended not only from her pediatrician but from her pediatric gastroenterologist. Dr Lanz has been fantastic. He takes his time during each office visit to make sure you receive the care and treatment necessary. He has kept my daughter healthy. Recently, he was there for us after hours for an emergency when my daughter was away at college. Additionally, his staff is very nice and courteous. I highly recommend Dr Lanz. I have a baby with food and airborne allergies. It’s my first child, so all of the information is new to me. Dr. Lanz has been very helpful with my follow up questions on email. He gets back to me the same day. He is very considerate, and sweet with or boy. I highly recommend getting an allergy test for tor baby if you’re seeing hives, etc. Knowing what my son is allergic to has encouraged me to eliminate those foods from my diet (we’re nursing). Within one day, my son’s red eyes cleared up, eczema disappeared, and hives have not come back. Living with allergies is a sacrifice for the family but worth the lifestyle commitment to wellbeing once you see the difference it makes for your baby. If you are nursing, I highly recommend you also seek a pediatric nutritionist/RD to help you meal plan around the allergies. It’s a great alternative to formula if you wish to continue nursing.

Dr. Lanz has been our family's allergist for many years now, and it is amazing how trustworthy, professional, caring, and knowledgeable he is. He is truly one of the best in his field and we are so lucky to have him in Miami. We have referred him to many friends and family, who are always so grateful once they meet him.

A lot of nurses don’t speak English, long wait time and unorganized.... Easy to schedule but they never be on time, typical bs for Hispanic clinic, law standard and low quality.
