Dr. Hinze is down to earth and easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns and suggested common sense solutions. I did have an extended wait in the lobby on my first visit, but the level of attention and care I received from Dr. Hinze made the wait well worth it. Subsequent visits did not have the longer wait. Dr Hinze did my daughter foot surgery and wow. One she is just the sweetest person you'll meet. My daughter while grown was very scared and Dr Hinez calmed her by telling simply everything will be okay. Each visit she would reassure my daughter she was moving in the light direction. She is, without a doubt, the kindest, most caring doctor I have ever encountered. I had an ankle wound for 6 years that a wound clinic could not heal, and this doctor made it disappear in 6 months! Her concern for her patient's circumstances and well-being are always her primary concern. She is a credit to her profession, and extremely knowledgeable. She cares for her patients like people, not just the reason they are seeing her. She saved my life.

The experience with my foot surgery was excellent. Dr. Hinze and the staff were all excellent.

Surgery to remove lump was done perpendicular to nerves, rather than horizontally, with the nerves. Orthopedic doctor I went to later said one of the first things you learn in medical school - and he added Which she didn't go to (being a podiatrist) - is that you don't cut perpendicular to the nerves. I was scheduled for a 2nd surgery on the other foot, but orthopedic doctor had me get inserts, because he doesn't believe in that surgery, and my feet have been FINE since. Regret surgery.
