She made me lose my job. The nurse wrote a letter to my job with my personal information in it, which should have not been done. Brought the letter back to the front desk where they tried to sweep the letter under the rug. This caused my depression to deepen even further. My new doctor office is a huge turn around from this place. Wished I would’ve changed sooner.

I have been a patient of Dr Gauthier for years. Recently I had to make an appointment to get medications, because I recently moved I now have new insurance which I wasn’t aware of the change in pharmacies... I called back and wanted to speak with a house supervisor to ask why I’m waiting so long for a prescription as my blood pressure went up to 217/163 only for Besa (The alledged HS) to say Too bad that’s ... just too bad! I needed to find a new family doctor in Wisconsin. And although I have seen her 3 different times, she has never given me even the most rudimentary exam. There were no follow up appointments scheduled despite the fact that I have some health issues. Nor is there any continuing care plan in place. When I broke my foot I couldn't get in to see her for 6 weeks.

I would have given zero stars if it had let me. My wife has been a patient here for a long time. She hurt her back and was in significant discomfort. The ER said she needed an MRI. We called the office multiple times, spoke to the nurse, and did not get a call back. We called first thing that morning, then in the afternoon, and nothing. We could have gotten an mri today and maybe an answer as to what was wrong with her. She didn’t want pain meds, just a test. This would have taken them 2 minutes to do but she was ignored. All of my experience with Dr. Gauthier have been stellar. She is a great doctor.

If you care about being treated as an important patient and if you don’t want to go somewhere that just follows bare minimum guidelines that they LEGALLY have to follow, I wouldn’t recommend going here yourself or even for a family member.. it makes me sad to say because I don’t like being this person, but I feel everyone needs to know. I have had nothing but horrible experiences here. Now I am one of the most caring, thoughtful and forgiving people I know. So, believe me when I say I’ve really tried to work with Dr.Gauthier. But I can’t any longer. I have had the hardest time with communication and respect from her and certain members of staff. I do however LOVE her nurses, they are very sweet and seem to be there for the right reasons. I have a LONG history of mental health issues as well as some body-health issues. I feel that I’ve really had to fight for myself in order to get the help I deserve as a patient. My mother is a doctor and I see the way she treats her patients VS. the way I’ve been treated here is a complete 180. I have felt disregarded and belittled. I VERY politely stated that I was hoping to get a response later that day or tomorrow to a question and I got a call back a few minutes later with someone telling me the guidelines that they have and that “legally” they don’t have to for a 48-72 hour period. So basically they decided to get legal on me when I was asking for an earlier response because this whole time I’ve been with her as my doctor it could either take a day or up to a whole week for them to respond to me, generally it was taking about a 4-5 day period to get anything back. I have been sticking with it because during corona I don’t want to have to go out and deal with finding a new doctor but after today I decided it’s time. Doctors should be compassionate and care about their patients, not worry about what they can “legally” do and just follow the bare minimum so they don’t get themselves in trouble. I will not keep my mouth shut about the way I’ve been treated, I understand the medical World, I’ve been a part of it since I was a child, Traveling with my mom to Washington D.C. every year in order to make changes to the medical world, for reasons just LIKE THIS that I’m telling you all about. I’m sure she’s done a lot Of great things but I have been feeling exactly the opposite of how I should feel when it comes to MY healthcare. NO ONE should settle for less than they deserve, so don’t make the same Mistake I did by coming here just because of the good ratings she had. It seems like they might just be filtered out. We’ll find out I suppose. Lack of educated professional medical care and proper medical follow-up for patient care after an emergency hospital admittance. Although my family has noted Dr. Gauthier as their primary care physician for many years, after her very serious missteps with a family member's post hospital care, I would not recommend her for even the simplest medical procedure.

Dr. Gauthier is a wonderful doctor; She listens to my complaints and gives me factual feedback. When hospitalized, Dr Gauthier was there for me, and completely trust her judgement. I am so happy to have found her, thanks to my cousin, also a patient of Dr. Gauthier's. Mostly, Dr. Gauthier is a caring human being who truly cares for her patients. I give her the highest rating.

Very sweet and compassionate , patient. She attends my mom and I and neither have had complaints.

Today while picking up a prescription, my son got sick and even though it was embarrassing the staff there where so friendly and kind to my son and jumped right in to help me. Every time I go there everyone is so nice and helpful. I seriously love this doctor's office. Thanks so much to everyone today! My sister has been seeing Dr. Gauthier for a few years and since I was a little less than happy with my prior doctor, who wasn't bad, but she specialized in geriatrics I think and wanted to see me like 4 or more times per year even though my only health problem is low thyroid (which has been totally stable for over 10 years), so I just loved my first appt with Dr. Gauthier so I'm so glad I made the switch. My sis did warn me though that she's very popular and at times, I may have to meet with a nurse practitioner instead, or wait a while to actually see Dr. Gauthier but I'm totally ok with that because I rarely will need to see her as I am in pretty good health. Dr Gauthier has been my doctor now for 5 years, I came to her from a doctor that did not really care for their patients to well. Dr Gauthier accepted me as her patient With everything I have been through , She not only took care of me, She CARES. She got me well, Anytime I was in the hospital, She always was their to check up on me everyday. Today I am healthier somewhat, Working on things, Amd I am where I am at Because of Dr Gauthier. And i'm proud and happy and thankful that she is my primary care provider. Thank you Doctor Gauthier for all you do for me... Roy

Dr. Gauthier is a very nice pleasant person. Our whole family really like and trust greatly!

Dr. Gauthier truly cares about her patients. When I had questions concerning a medical issue for my daughter, she researched and spoke with me personally about it. Together we found a solution we could all deal with confidently.

Dr. gauthier and staff are friendly and polite. Dr G. Is very capable and easy to speak to, as well as her PA. Front line staff unable to take full message so if and when someone calls you back you must repeat yourself each time. Not efficient at all. Getting an appt w/either md or her PA is very difficult. Booking appts out several months. I recently needed an rx renewed and was told by staff no one was in ofc for next 3 days that could authorize refills poor cust service I felt.
