Dr. Michelle Catenacci takes out time and answer all the questions I had. It’s reassuring to hear from a doctor. The clinic is very nice and the staff, nurses are very sweet.

I was very satisfied with the visit!

Dr. Catenacci was calm, reassuring, and easy to talk with. She answered all my questions and gave me a clear view of what's next.

Dr. Catenacci spends time with me to answer my questions, and has a calming demeanor about her which is really nice for someone going through fertility testing. Her appts run on time and she explains everything to you. I really loved Sonya and Diana who took excellent care of me and were so nice. I love this practice.

Michelle Catenacci‘s nurses and staff is unreliable the doctor is good I think only seen her once and six months but the staff is very unreliable you ask for a callback it takes two days they do test on you they don’t have the decency to give you a call to give you the results you ask for your plan they don’t help you ask them about medicine they say they call you back if you called to talk to dumb you feel like you’re interrupting their day how much attitude and frustration these people have gave me just stuff that I am actually leaving because I cannot take the rudeness They’re always so busy for every other client that they make you feel like you’re not important it’s ridiculous Michelle Catenacci‘s nurses and staff is unreliable the doctor is good I think only seen her once and six months but the staff is very unreliable you ask for a callback it takes two days they do test on you they don’t have the decency to … More

Dr.Catenacci has been very friendly and kept us up to date with all the communication. We were so glad to have found the best in this specialty area. The nurses and staff at Gurnee have been awesome too. Always communicated and updated us over the phone. We are really happy with our decision and would surely recommend Dr. Catenacci.

Very informative and accommodating doctor and staff

Dr Catenacci was wonderful during my procedure today. She explained every step and answered every question. I was very pleased

dr catenacci remembers me and mentions specific things that let me know that she knows who i am. also cathy is amazing and i love her.

Dr. Catenacci is the best of the best. After 3 failed transfers at a different clinic we decided to do a retrieval with AFCC. We got 2 normal embryos and now have 2 healthy babies, 17 month and 5 month old

It is my belief that people should not use the word hun in any way to refer to a female in a sentence as this word was utilized by the patriarchy to be patronizing and condescending. However, Dr. Catenacci is very sweet. Their nurse was very kind as well and explained everything in detail.

Dr Catenacci and Dr. Irani both were very kind to myself and my wife, answered any and all questions/concerns and explained the process clearly and concisely. The nurse staff also helped by providing all dates/med amounts/schedules so the process went really smooth! 7 Weeks in very happy and pregnant!

I would recommend Dr. Catenacci and her staff very highly. Our infertility case was quite challenging, and ultimately we didn't get the results we hoped for, but she and the clinic staff did everything they could for us nonetheless. I think what impressed me the most about Dr. Catenacci is how good of a rapport she built with us as a result of good communication. As I independently researched the topics and courses of treatments she suggested, I found them to be well-validated in the scientific literature. Whenever I would find a study and show it to her to raise a concern about a treatment option, she was thoughtful and unbiased in her response, never dismissive. Usually, she had already seen the study and had lots of insight to offer on it based on her studies and her experiences with other patients in the clinic. She gave us multiple options throughout our treatment and talked us through the pros and cons of each option. It is not often that I find a physician truly willing to listen to their patient and have that level of dialog. As a result I developed a high degree of trust in her.

NO stars at all! This so called "doctor" only cares about MONEY! She has no compassion for her patients, and she does not even do her own patients' retrieval and transfer! She will "kick" you to other doctors as if you are a ball. After a failed IVF cycle she tried to sell donor eggs for 15k! Everybody knows most of the time it takes more than a few trials to conceive even for young healthy couples in the their 20ies. We were absolutely disgusted by this woman!

She is so kind and listens and answers all our questions. Felt very comfortable working with her. Would highly recommend her.

Dr Catenacci was wonderful to my husband and I! She presented all of our options during our very first consult and really let us help in the decision making process. She always told us what she would recommend but let us know the final decision was always up to us. She bedside manor is wonderful too....she's happy, energetic and an overall wonderful person. We so enjoyed our experience with Dr. C and the entire nursing staff at AFCC. We are excited to say that because of them, we are expecting our very first baby!

Dr Catenacci helped me conceive my twins after two other clinics failed to do so and I am now excited to be expecting another baby thanks to her.

I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Catenacci and the nurses at AFC. They were all so kind and approached everything with a no problems attitude. We have been through 3 previous RE's and I wish I came to AFC straight away. Far superior quality with techniques and methods used.

Catenacci should not practice medicine. I work in healthcare and know firsthand how some doctors simply do not know how to interact with patients and or lack follow up--Catenacci lacks BOTH. She intentionally uses medical jargon to overwhelm her patients and does not follow up on tests or care. CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE for your important and personal care.!

We really enjoyed working with Dr. Catenacci. She is great to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. She makes sometimes painful procedures not as painful. Overall we would place our trust in her again.

From consultation until hand off to my OB this office has been amazing. Everything has been explained very well. My options were always discussed and my decisions respected.
