Not sure about the dr. But the receptionist needs to be retrained. Absolutely condescending, considering people seeing a neurologist are scared and grasping, you would think you'd have a decent person answering your phones. Needless to say, we'll try someone else

Dr. Wood is a great doctor! She listens to me and tries to find solutions for my health issues. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Wood is an AMAZING neurologist!! I'm complex when it comes to my health and she has educated herself about a condition (not even in her specialty) to help me get answers. So thankful for doctors like her who listen and care!

I've gone to Dr Pan for about a year and have never had a problem with any of the women that work there. They've actually been very friendly and helpful when i've called with questions. When I first called to make my appointment they asked me why I was being referred and what kind of insurance I had. I told her migraines, she did ask if it was because of a head injury and I said no. She said they don't do anything related to that. I understood the questions. There are always two sides to a story. I always have a hard time believing that these reviews are always one sided. Waited 3 months to get in with dr.pan for a second opinion on my neurological disease. Talked to the office several times, they sent me paperwork, told me what to bring the day of. When I arrived they asked me for a referral that they never said I needed and then told me they dont do second opinions... and they wouldn't let the doctor see me. The office staff was very unprofessional, very rude, and cut me off when I tried to explain that no one told me any of this over the phone. I would love to review the doctors but after an incredibly rude, unprofessional experience I had this morning when calling to make our first appointment based on a referral we had from our primary doctor and also having our rheumatologist, carpal tunnel surgeon, and physical therapist suggest making an appointment with a neurologist. I am questioning whether we want to come to this office even with the referral. When I called back to get the persons name "Alma" and tell her after a year of appointments at multiple SSM doctors I had always recieved nice and helpful service except from her. Alma's response was "well we aren't SSM, we are a private practice. " So I guess that gives a pass to be a rude b**** to patients. She was so unprofessional. It may take awhile to see the Dr's, but it is well worth the wait. The entire staff has the best attitudes and I would recommend them to anyone. Dr Pan is my Dr and I've had Dr Wood when I was hospitalized. Again they are well worth the wait.
