Outstanding

Dr. Zeringue has been outstanding with his care for his patients. I have been under his care for quite some time and have always received top shelf service and care. Even during times when I have acquired the Corona Virus, he still reaches out through his telehealth service to give maximum attention and care despite not being able to come into the office. He gives detailed attention to my signs and symptoms to recommend exact care.

Doctor Zeringue listens and does everything he can to help.

Dr. Zeringue always helps with my bursitis pain & if he can't he will refer me to another doctor. I appreciate his honesty.

Zeringue I first saw a doctor Zeringue in September. He wanted to give me an epidural. After waiting several weeks and no call from him and several attempts of trying to call him with no return calls I do not get an epidural. I go to see him on December 1st. At that time I paid my bill that was due including.the Dec. 1st visit. He apologized because his staff was supposed to call me and schedule the epidural but he had staff issues and he had to fire her. So he wanted to reschedule. He told me I will get a phone call in a week. I told him I wanted the epidural before I went on vacation. They set up a day and time on Tuesday December 14th for the epidural. My husband took the day off from work so he could bring me. I failed to get a call back again as exactly when and time for the epidural. . I called and no one returned my call again. Another failed epidural. . Due to the non scheduled epidural back in Sept, I needed a few more pain pills. He gives me 7 pills of 5 mg of oxycodone. While I'm in the office on Dec 1st he says I have to do a urinalysis before I can get the prescription. He does a urinalysis I leave and of course no phone call for the epidural. So needless to say I went on vacation with no epidurals. Then I get a bill from him for $500 for the urinalysis plus another $350 for the advanced urinalysis. They claim my insurance will not pay unless it's through a rehab facility. When I went to them they researched and found out exactly what I would owe them. Why would I have been put in a situation where I would have to come up with $850 and not be told prior. So basically for 7 pain pills, I have to pay $850. I would have never done the urinalysis. I was never asked if my insurance approved it. I wasn't given an option. Due to my upcoming vacation and not getting the epidural I so needed, I ask for a refill. Due to the negligence of this facility, I do not owe you all anything. I tried to explain this to your billing person, she was very rude and not understanding. Dr. Zeringue was very thorough and compassionate during my exam and was very concerned with my well being. He was amenable to dispensing a few medications for me to try but also conservative in my treatment.

Dr. Zeringue is so easy to talk to & he takes his time & is NEVER rushed. He GENUINELY cares & is so VERY UNDERSTANDING. He explains all treatment options available & takes his time to teach you and be sure that you understand everything that he's gone over during your visit. I've seen at least 4 physicians, in 3 different states, over the last 3 decades in this specialty who came highly recommended & he SURPASSES THEM ALL!

I went in with pain and weakness in my arms that worried me. We discussed what might be going on and agreed on further testing.

Dr. Z. Is a caring doctor. He has always listened to my needs and addressed my concerns promptly I have a myriad of problems, and Dr Z and I work together To find a positive solution. He’s awesome!

Dr. Zeringue was very kind and caring and listened to my concerns. I do, however, think the office management leaves much to be desired, as the wait time was almost 2 hours and the reception staff was rude and unhelpful (and frankly incompetent, as they took a whole hour just to plug in insurance info they already had on file). Obviously Dr. Zeringue has no control over this, but experiences like this make patients feel like their time doesn’t matter and like they don’t want to return to have their time wasted.

I have been treated poorly and judged, by people who have no right doing so.

Explains everything in detail, listens & answers all questions, my appointments has NEVER BEEN RUSHED, very helpful and knowledgeable. The nurses & office staff are very helpful and friendly. The wait to see Dr Zeringue USE to be long but he takes his time with his patients. And now he has a Nurse Practitioner - if you get to see him, he will discuss everything with Dr Zeringue while you’re there. If Dr Zeringue feels it’s necessary, he will come in and see you during that same appointment! I have never been disappointed! I have seen several doctors in the Metairie office and they all have been great!

Always attentive, courteous service. I feel highly valued as a patient. I have consistently gotten great results from the clinic!

Dr Zeringue has been my doctor for many years. He took the time to find out what does and doesn't work to resolve my pain issues. Although I will always have a certain level of pain, he has definitely made a huge difference in my quality of life.

Dr Zeringue is extremely caring & professional. I was scheduled to have a procedure done a few weeks ago & out of his care and concern he advised me to have the COVID vaccine done because my procedure would weaken my immune & I would easily catch it or one of its other strains. I appreciate that & can’t wait to see him again to have my procedure completed.

Dr. Zeringue is very passionate about his patients. He takes time to listen to your every concern. He knows your time is valuable so he respects that and does what he can in an appropriate time.

Awesome physician. He took his time to explain the issue that I was having with my shoulder. He talked me through getting a shot in the shoulder, and it did not hurt. He was very thorough.

This is for my mother Penny Haynes - I am so thankful to have had Dr. Zeringue treat my medical problems. He is by far the best and I consider him the good Samaritan. Do not hesitate to call him if you have any problems.

I've never been treated so horribly by a medical professional in my life!

They call you back quick but once you're back there you will be sitting in the room for a while before you are seen so plan on a 2 hour turnaround. Also I had to call numerous times to get medicines refilled because he would deny them and I'm speaking of non narcotic meds. Thus, leaving me in pain. It is obvious he doesn't care about his patients that much. He also accused me of taking suboxone and or methadone because an ingredient showed up in a UDS. However he forgot that he prescribed a medication to me with that ingredient. It was very embarrassing and unprofessional. I would not recommend Dr. Zeriunge due to his long wait times, not putting the patient first and also forgetting which medications he prescribes only to make accusations that you may be abusing. Dr. Zeringue is an excellent physician. He cured my back pain with a combination of physical therapy and medication. I was in a lot of pain and now it's barely noticeable. Dr. Zeringue and his team work miracles!

This Doctor doesn’t know how to manage his time wisely. You may wait 3 plus hours after your appointment time to be seen. Doesn’t help you feel confident in his abilities to treat you.
