I have been a patient for about 7 years. I cannot say enough about Dr. Waltzman and his amazing office staff!! I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

If I could give Dr. W zero stars, I would. He has horrible bedside manner, was completely disgusting to me throughout the entire exam, and was even his nurse gave me the “Ugh, I’m so sorry,” look. He should have picked another profession that doesn’t involve interacting with people on a daily basis. He needs to learn to respect and listen to his patients - or just retire. I wouldn’t recommend him if he was the last doctor on earth and would rather go deaf than have him treat me. He does not deserve his amazing staff. If I could give Dr. W zero stars, I would. Do. Not. Go. To. Him. For. Anything. He does not deserve his amazing staff. I promise you, your experience will be horrible. I went to him for my ears and throat and he was absolutely disgusting. He’s not personable. He does not know how to treat people with respect. He’s rude and does not care about anything that you are saying. If anyone has had a bad experience with him, please start reporting him. He needs to understand that his attitude is the reason why people refuse to trust doctors. Either find another profession or fix your attitude, Dr. W!

The Dr. Rushed through my exam. He exhibited a terrible bed side manner. His tone was rude and he corrected me on details of my experience without hearing me out. He did not not listen or seemingly care about my concerns. I will not return or recommend him.

Love Dr Waltzman’s office! Very professional Dr as well as the staff. They are located on Quarry Rd right by the theater. Very clean and friendly environment.

Dr. waltzman was very thorough and precise. He explained his findings in understandable terms. Expert in his field.

Extremely rude and insensitive. Went for a hearing checkup and told them I am having trouble hearing as I lost my hearing aides. He immediately went into my ear with a long metal object to clean out wax with no warning. It was painful so I asked him to please stop. He basically threw me out and told me to get Debrox wax drops and come back next year. No way. I will never go back there after how rude he was. And how bad it hurt.

I agree that this doctor has no bedside manor. We took my mother to him a few years back for a consultation for a tracheotomy. Mom was in a wheelchair and he spoke to her while standing and she had to hold her head up to see him (he’s over 6 feet tall) Questions were answered as if he were talking to fellow Drs who new what he was talking about. A year later she needed her trach changed, and he did do it, but when it came time for another trach change he refused to do it, with no reason given.

Very Professional I had my Tonsils Removed on 12/5/2016 and everything was good and smooth I love the fact his office called to check up on my the following day and the Next day to make sure everyting was fine and i didnt have any questions or concerns Erin the surgery scheduling coordinator made sure to call me when i requested to just touch base with me and i liked that they cared about me before and after surgery A+++ Surgon and Staff.

I wanted to finish my input. I went end because my doctor ask me to see him for a one time vertigo experience I had. I had a slight episode about 2-3 yrs ago and then another one for the first time since about 3weeks ago none since, with that a ringing in my ear. This doctor has a bad bed side Manor! I will not go back to him I will have test done under my own doctor. Blood work yes will be done under my doctor who is a great doctor who cares.

I had two meetings with Dr. Waltzman. First time Dr took culture and several days later Nurse called with perscription for antibiotic. Took anti biotic and some improvement but ear canal was still swollen. 2nd visit Dr took another culture. . Several days later nurse called and gave me two persciptions, one for another antibiotic and one for ear drops. I called to speak with the Dr and he would not speak with me. Must pay for another visit to speak with doctor.
