Lovely and very friendly staff

Customer service was excellent!

My visit to LensCrafters on Yesterday was very exceptional thanks to the staff I am so pleased with their service very professional and caring.

I received excellent service. Dr Tyner was very detailed in explaining the condition of my eyes and the examination as I whole. I would recommend him.

Dr Johnson was excellent. He shared a lot of good information in a very nice manner. Hope to see him again when I return

Dr Tyner is the best! I refer everyone who mentions needing an exam to him. He’s so personable and he explains things in a way that’s understandable. I’ve worn glasses for 50 years and never had an experience this good. His staff is also wonderful. They are friendly, kind, and make sure you know all of your options

Best Doctor I’ve had since I’ve been wearing glasses and now contacts. Very professional when explaining my needs. The staff is friendly and I enjoy the atmosphere there. Absolutely the best eye exam I have ever had. The Associates were great and Dr. Tyner not only makes the test fun, he also provides easy to understand details on the issues with your eyes. I normally would not take time to give feedback but my experience was so outstanding that I really wanted to share. Keep it up Doc & Assocs!

Staff is friendly and helpful. The exam itself was efficient and I felt safe seeing all the cleaning measures the staff was taking. I also really appreciated the new equipment they had that makes it unnecessary to dilate my eyes with drops.The area for improvement would be reducing wait times. I waited almost 40 minutes to be called back. There was only one tech and one doctor on duty (I'm assuming because of COVID-19 safety measures) but it definitely slowed the process down. Meeting the staff and Dr Chaney at LensCrafters was wonderful. They took the time to not only serve me as a patient but talk to me as well..I felt very comfortable with Dr Chaney and she HEARD me..I got my eyes dilated for the first time in over 27 years...I have decided this will be the place I go every year for my Eye wear/ Exam..

Dr Tyner is rare among physicians because he has a wonderful personality and explains everything he's doing as he goes through the exam. I learn new things every time I leave an exam. He's not rushed or trying to turn over exam rooms - he clearly has his patients' best interest in mind. In addition, his staff is delightful, friendly, helpful, and humorous. His office takes a wide variety of vision plans, so do yourself a favor and make an appointment. I learned in my visit today that there are contact lenses that will do what "progressive" lens glasses will do; he gave me a free sample pair to try for a month to make sure I like them. The employees at the store were super helpful when I was picking out new glasses. Very knowledgeable about the kinds of lenses available making me confident in my choice of eye wear. Super great folks all around!
