I have been going to Dr. Tyler for 25+ years. Dr. Tyler and his staff are excellent and I highly recommend their service!!!!!

Tyler gave me codiene for years but it was sleep apnea so he just pumped me full of pain meds for a bandaid fix . Next he gave me Xanax for 25 years then took me off cold turkey! This destroyed my life as I can no longer sleep , work , drive a car , spend time with family . I’m in bed 24/7 have been to the hospital twice . I feel like a dead man walking !

This guy is dangerous and has destroyed my life . Pumped me full of pain killers for years miss diagnosed my headaches when I really had sleep apnea . Next Tyler put me on Xanax for 25 years and abruptly took me off Xanax cold turkey which should be criminal . It’s been 5 months of suffering because of Tyler’s incompetence . First 4 months I was awake all night every night . Nausea , sweating . extreme sleep deprivation , extreme fatigue , can’t work ,can’t drive a car ,headaches , can’t spend time with my grandkids ! All I do is lay in bed now I’ve completely lost everything I had to live for . Study Xanax withdrawal . Been to the hospital twice .

Tyler put me in a world of hurt . Tyler put me on wrong meds and for the last five months I’ve felt horrible. Would sue this quack but he has no insurance or cash .

I'm a disabled veteran with Gulf War Syndrome/Gulf War Illness, not happy with VA. I reached out to Dr. Tyler 6 years ago and my quality of life has gotten much better. Dr. Tyler is old school, doesn't just go by lab results being in the low normal range and saying you're fine. He listens to you, treats your symptoms as well as keeping track of lab results. VA had me on synthetic thyroid meds for 10 years with no relief and complaints of same symptoms, but never made a change because my lab results were low normal. Dr. Tyler changed meds, went to dessicated thyroid, NP thyroid and wow what a difference it made. I also at age 40 had testosterone levels at 175, way below normal, and had multiple symptoms of low testosterone. VA endocrinology refused to even see me. Dr. Tyler after testing me immediately prescribed testosterone replacement therapy and it's truly helping me regain what I had been missing. Dr. Tyler has helped me more than any other Dr. to date. He Listens to you.

After over 40 years of being the doctor I would keep even when I moved 7 hours away..... what else can I say?

Great doctor who really cares about his patients and takes the time to explore options.

I have been going to Dr. Tyler for 20 years. I have an inherited medical condition which I am treated by a hematologist. Dr. Tyler has researched and has come up with many ways to help me with my condition to keep me functioning that most other Drs. wouldn’t take the time to do. He tests different areas pertaining to hormones and Adrenal Fatigue, plus allergies and anything life throws at people. He is knowledgeable and researches anything that comes across his path that is unusual. He seems to be on top of every situation I have had to deal with. He is also willing to research and come up with a plan that may be new to him. I have been getting treatments for 30 years, and I can truly say my quality of life has been better, and he has caught some things that I don’t know if I would be here today if he hadn’t picked up on the unusual. He is totally informed of my other Drs. and works well in coordinating what I need. I have tremendous respect for him and love his unique approach to everyone living a better life. Very Knowledgeable and caring. He is the best doctor I have been to in San Antonio. Really spends valuable time with you on every visit. Also explains everything in great detail. I have been one of Dr. Tyler's patients for more than 5 years. He and his staff are absolutely amazing. I suffer from migraines and on more than one occasion Dr. Tyler has met me on a weekend to help with the pain. His nurses and staff make you feel like you are really a part of their family. They remember my daughter's name and ask about her every time I am in the office. Dr. Tyler is the BEST! I’ve been to numerous doctors all across the country and Dr. Tyler is the most compassionate and caring one I’ve found. Not only does he make it a point of getting all the information he needs before prescribing you anything, but he treats you like you’re family and always makes you feel welcome at his practice. Pumps my husband full of testosterone along with husband being an alcoholic - he’s ok with that. I tried to talk to him and tell him how scared I was but he wouldn’t talk, yet he would discuss my medical with my husband - now my (ex) husband is dead - liver failure - thanks so much dr mike ??

I've been with Dr. Tyler & his staff for 10 years. They all take good care of me & give me plenty of time to explain why I'm there. Highly recommend

Dr. Tyler has been my treating physician for 12 years. Dr. Tyler is the most caring person, but he’s also a brilliant detective-scientist. My confidence is so great in him— that I brought my children (now adults) my mother, and friends to to insure they receive the best care. I drive hundreds of miles from out of town for my visits because he has no equal, in my view, he is the best of the best.

Really down to earth doctor, takes the time to explain things and is more concerned about your health then his pocket book.

Dr Tyler genuinely wants the best for each patient who visits. He delivers quality care, at reasonable prices, and always spends the time it takes to properly communicate.

Dr. Tyler is amazing. He offers the best care at reasonable pricing and is so friendly, personable and makes you feel completely comfortable in his care. We were so blessed to have been cared for by him. I thoroughly recommend his practice over any other I have experienced!

Dr Tyler is an experienced and knowledgeable physician completely focused on his patients' health and wellness. I've found him to be very flexible and willing to listen before deciding on a path forward - which is a welcome relief from the approach many other physicians apply.
