The people are very personable yet very professional. Made me feel like one of the family. A very well organized and laid out facility. Gave me exactly what I needed not what I wanted. Neck pain is gone and I highly recommend this Medical Group too anyone having similar problems.

I could not be more pleased with Dr. Tschickardt and his staff. Their facility is lovely, modern and the staff very efficient. At my initial appointment Dr. Tschickardt noticed my problem almost immediately and suggested a pain management treatment. I chose the treatment and have been very pleased with the results. Very concerned professional staff.

The initial visit was good everything was explained to me clearly . My problem was with the follow up call where nurse was trying to clearance from the Doctors so the procedure could be done . The nurse called the procedure could not be done because the lung doctor had not seen me in 2 years, i would have to make an appointment with him so he could release me. I said no i am not going to that doctor, just cancel things. She had not offered an alternative . The initial visit was good everything was explained to me clearly . I’ve seen the doctor several times since I retired he’s always very kind and knowledgeable and so is his staff!

All of the staff are very nice, respectful and accommodating. They never vary from the goals of making each and every patient comfortable and cared for.

First visit, impressed advanced preparation which translated to arriving and being taken to an appointment room almost immediately. Doctor and physician assistants were thorough and explained courses of treatment available. We shall see how well my treatment goes over the next few months.

I was extremely nervous going thru my back procedure due to my past experiences, however Their care, expertise and bedside manners gave me hope. Dr cares about his patients. Dr T. and his staff are always extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and the absolute best at what they do! After 4 back surgeries I have finally found a Dr that can manage my pain extremely well and get me off medication! He also took care of my mother who's suffered from a bad knee for years. After a series of 3 injections, she finally got the relief she's been needing! Dr T. and his staff are always extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and the absolute best at what they do!
