Great Dr. Staff very friendly. Clean office

My mother was given a referral to see Dr. Tran. Well just the entry alone had me in Aw. It’s beautiful there. Staff was very nice. My mother needed her toe nails clipped & Dr. Tran was great. My mother was relaxed the whole time. I would definitely recommend patience to come here.

Dr Tran and his staff are amazing. Very professional and always friendly and I definitely recommend him!!

Dr Tran by my opinion is a great doctor. I hurt my foot and was in a lot of pain. I called his office to see if I could be seen and was able to get an appointment very quickly. He was very professional and also concerned about getting me the proper care I needed. And this was the first time that I have ever been there. He answered any questions that I had. And put to ease any concerns I may have had. So overall if you are thinking of going to see Dr. Tran then you will be making a great decision

Not impressed with my first visit and it will be my last. This doctors staff just cost him thousands of dollars by losing a patient. The front office receptionist is incredibly rude! Not warm and friendly AT ALL!! If you ask questions or have an issue, the girl that answers the phone at the Dallas location interrupts rudely, or just hangs up on you when she gets frustrated! No one at this practice has a clue how to answer questions regarding the billing, scheduling surgery or regarding the prescriptions that weren't called in. My first visit to this practice was June 17 and I was suppose to have 3 prescriptions called in following that visit. The doctor stated that they'd also be mailed to me. I called to follow up on the 22nd and they still had not called them in. When I became frustrated they became annoyed instead of apologetic! They said they'd get to the bottom of it and call me back but they did not! I again had to follow up with them! When they finally got around to calling them in, they failed to call in all of them. The doctor then left on vacation and failed to take care of this before he left. The staff failed to provide the pharmacy with my insurance information to which the pharmacist had to call me to inquire about before they could proceed, causing further delay. Notice the trend of how many times I've had to use the word fail in this review!! When I called to complain regarding all of these issues I was hung up on rather than apologized to. So if a cold and clueless office staff are your thing, then this practice is for you! The medical assistant that took my X-rays however was extremely friendly and helpful! They could take an example from her on professionalism and kindness when dealing with the public. What a shame! I'm sure this doctor would be more successful and increase his number of patients if he had a more knowledgeable and friendly staff answering his phones. I highly recommend Dr. Tran if you ever need a foot doctor! I went to him for a bunion problem and then a twisted ankle. He has great bedside manner, and really good at explaining what you need and why you need it in a way that's easy to understand. Plus everyone in the office is really nice and helpful!

I would like to recognize and compliment Dr. M. Tran and ALL of his staff. Dallas staff and Arlington staff are awesome, I've dealt with both offices. First, Dr. Tran is very professional with an excellent bedside manner (this is saying a lot coming from a very seasoned nurse) he takes time to explain everything in a detailed manner and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Arrangements to hospital where I was to have my surgery down to boot fitting and prescriptions prior to procedure were timely and accurate. I could not have chosen a better doctor or better staff. Xray tech is awesome and everyone else is friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work and don't let disgruntled consumers get you down, there are other places they can go, leaving you to concentrate on those who truly value and appreciate your fine work.... I usually see Dr Tran at his Dallas office. He is a very good doctor. He was through in his assessment of my condition and explained my options and expected results. His staff is awesome and even calls me by name when they see me. That gives his office a more personal touch then other doctors I visit.

gave me a wrong diagnosis. He didn't bother looking at my X-rays, getting a more recent mri or looking at my foot. He went off what the mri results said and they were wrong and went with rather than looking at them himself. I wasted two years going to him thinking I couldn't go anywhere else due to it being workers comp which I found out later was wrong also. I found a real doctor closer to me and started treatment which I'm having good results already. Please for your own good find someone else

I have severe pain, inhibiting my ability to walk without a limp. He listened, took x-rays, examined my foot. He was able to diagnose the problem(s). I left feeling grateful tolearn nothing was broken or torn. He was clear and supportive in his suggestions for dealing with my home care. He isn't big on bed-side manner and not terribly engaging, but he knows what he is doing and that is what is most important.
