This is the most inept, non communicative, poorly managed, uncaring, law breaking, incapable, and deeply troubled doctors office in town. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism, quality of care, and sense of urgency than with the entire staff including Dr. Tolle. Three months in a row I went through a nightmare of phone calls (15-20 each month), requests online (10-15) and phone calls with my pharmacy (8-10) to get one single prescription filled. I had to stop my medication abruptly because of their astounding incompetence. Three times!! Do NOT GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE. They do not want to help you, there are way too many chiefs, and Dr. Tolle could not care less. Awful all around. Update: After posting this review, the doctor sent me a letter firing me from his care! Ha! As if I would have ever gone back! He certainly found time to write that letter but couldn’t find time to correctly send in my prescriptions or read my messages I sent on MyChart. All of the women on the front desk phones, there are like 6 of them that don’t take notes and each time you call no one knows what you are talking about and you have to start at the beginning then they say “we are sending a direct message to the doctor”. Like that means anything! My last experience caused me to miss days of work and I had to call them every half hour for an entire day to annoy them into doing their job. No responsibility, no concern or care, and a threatening letter ending our doctor/ patient relationship. Sayonara and good riddance. I reported them to the state board. We have been patients of Dr. Tolle for years. Our daughter was home too sick to get out of bed and this man, who we have known for years, wouldn’t even call in a prescription for anti-nausea medicine and wanted us to drag her up there for an appointment. Worst experience with a dr. I've ever had. Not personable at all. Tried to rush me in and out of there without talking about the reason I was there. Not one ounce of good energy in that suite.

Very disappointed in the level of service in Dr. Tolle's office. Condescending, unsympathetic, accusatory and unhelpful are a few of the words I would use to describe the staff I dealt with at Dr. Tolle's office.

Horrible doctor, does not even read the notes that we described our situation before the virtual visit, does not listen to our main concern and just immediately jumped to covid testing conclusion, even though we already got the negative pcr test result for covid before the visit. My husband ended up being admitted to the ER and transferred to the hospital and was in there for 5 days. The cause was not covid and glad we didn't wait for Dr. Tolle's response days later to come see him in person, my husband's situation would have been much worse. We will never return or recommend this doctor to anyone. Dr Tolle is a good doctor but routinely overbooks himself and runs a very inefficient office. I have to call in my prescription refill AT LEAST 3 times every month before they’ll send it to my pharmacy. When I asked why this was the case they told me I should call it in a week ahead to get it on time... I wish this wasn’t the case because he is a knowledgable Dr but I will be switching to a more reliable primary physician. Perhaps if you don’t need monthly prescriptions this would be a good fit. I went to address a very serious health issue which has me quite concerned and full of anxiety. My PA was AWESOME! Her name is Charissa Davis and she has the most amazing personality. Please do your research. I have been a patient in this office for 15 plus years. Unfortunately my original MD retired several years ago but I stayed with this practice anyway. Dr. Tolle is an ok Dr. but they have no regard for your time or how long you sit and wait. This all came to a head this last week when I requested a refill on my cough syrup on Tuesday. After several phone calls and several text to the Dr. himself, with no reply he denied a refill that he has been approving for several years. I have bad allergies and the over the counter stuff doesn’t work. I have also been seeing him every 3 months with each visit over $300.He not once bothered to call me or respond to my text. And to top it off, Mary, the “practice” mgr. said there was only so much she could do! Really! So her comment to me was,”I can make you an appointment to come in or you can find another doctor.” Wow, I see I really am not a valued patient so therefore I will go somewhere else. She also had the nerve to tell me maybe I needed to see a psychiatrist or pain mgmt. dr! Imagine that, for a refill on cough syrup that I maybe request twice a year. Please do yourself a favor and find a Dr. that values his pt’s. And furthermore I had a office visit maybe 6 weeks ago. The good reviews are probably from the dr. himself!

If you happen to visit for preventive visit that is covered by insurance, make sure and ask before leaving if any part will be considered a “modified office visit” so that you are not shocked to get a charge for a 2nd visit. Getting a second bill for something that is supposed to be covered by your work insurance is scretchy practice. But hey, they have it in their “fine print” that was never verbally discussed. Instead, was told after the fact that it was fully expressed because it was on the paper I signed. Dr. Tolle seems like a great doctor but their office staff is frankly terrible. We've been attempting to get my husband's prescription since the 9th and they have a complete inability to get it done. They are very rude when the doctor isn't around and do not listen to instruction. I'm not usually one to leave reviews at all, much less negative ones, but there's only so many times you can explain to someone exactly what your insurance is asking them for before you stop trying. At this point we're going to have to start all over again and find a new office, and I really wish I'd read the reviews before first coming here because all o the negative ones have the same office complaints that I do. Dr Tolle, I was prescribed 2 medications that I am unable to take (NSAIDS). Luckily I looked prior to taking them. I immediately called your office at 8am to get a different prescription called in as I was in continued pain all night. I then called again at 11am, 11:45, 1:25, and 1:44pm. It is now 3:30 and I still have not received any phone calls or updates on a different prescription. I have been in pain all day with no assistance from your office. I find this very unprofessional. I was referred to Dr. Tolle’s clinic by another doctor of mine. I made an appointment online and never received an email or follow up phone call confirming my appointment was made. I called the morning of my appointment to confirm I was scheduled and the receptionist said yes. She wanted to go through some of the questions about payment/insurance, which is fine, but why an hour before I’m arriving? When she started reading off the information I entered from making my appointment online it was not my info. My number was listed but so was another random number, she then confirmed I had Aetna but I do not have insurance, she confirmed my address but it was a PO Box that was not mine. After we hung up I had to call back once I arrived to figure out parking and where to go as no one informed me beforehand. I signed in for my 10:45a appointment with the front at ~10:37a. I was not notified that Dr. Tolle would be running late. I filled out my paperwork and returned it to the front at ~10:48a. At 11:17a I asked if they had an estimate on when I would be called back and the front said he’s running 30 minutes late, but I was next in line. At 11:32a (roughly 1 hour wait time) I let the front know that with the 45 minute checkup and the fact that I also needed blood work (another part of the building that is walk in only) that this appt was now setting me back roughly 2 hours. I cancelled my appointment and left as I took off today for several other scheduled appointments. I understand doctors run behind and things happen. I think it would have been beneficial for the front to let me know the delay when I checked in so I could have planned accordingly (as a lot of people with a job - I took off work unpaid to attend my appointments). I respect my doctor’s time so I show up early to provide the necessary information/paperwork and I would like the same in return as an out-of-pocket paying patient. I've been coming to this office for years. Im very happy and confident with the staff and the facility. My only gripe is that every time I come in, I have to fill out the same questionnaire, with the exact same information. There needs to at least be a box I can check that says "no change". Dr Tolle takes time to understand the issue. He treats me with priority. His office runs very smoothly. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. Friendly staff, great service.

I've been going to this clinic for about 2 years now. The office is always clean, not long wait times, personalized care, with a good office staff. DR. TOLLE IS AWESOME. I had a laundry list of issues that had accumulated in that time and a "checkup" covering the typicals was also much in order. I had recently qualified for medicare but finding a doctor that accepted both new patients and medicare had been daunting. So, crossing paths with Dr. Tolle was one of the great pieces of good fortune I can ever recall. He was everything: Professional. Thorough. Effective. Reassuring. Friendly. And Understanding. I called the office yesterday requesting a refill on my prescription. I explained to whom ever I was talking to that my mom had a stroke, I work and am the primary care taker for her as she is at home. I do not have time to come to the office. This female said she would give Dr. Tolle the message but that I would probably still need to come in. Can’t do it. She said he or someone would call me back. Never heard from anybody. I asked my pharmacist if it was called in. No was the response, so my pharmacist said that they would call it in. As of 1:00 today, they have not heard from y’all. Unfortunately, I have not had a pleasant experience with Dr. Tolle. Even more unfortunately, I do not think it is him that is at fault but his office staff. When I went in for my last appointment that was scheduled for 10:30am, I was not seen until 12:15pm. I understand a minor delay but this is ridiculous when I am taking time off work and driving across town. Every SINGLE time I call to request a refill for my prescription I get a different story depending upon who I speak with. I called on Wednesday at 9:00am to request the refill, was told I would need to call back to confirm it was approved. Confused by this process as to why someone couldn't call me rather than me randomly calling back and taking up time in their day multiple times. I called back on Thursday at 4:15 and spoke with Alisha she confirmed in detail wish prescriptions were ready and it was all of them and they were right in front of her. I let her know I would be there today (Friday) before lunch to retrieve them. I arrived at Dr. Tolle's to find out that they only had one and Dr. Tolle was not there. They had no remorse and told me nothing could be done. Looks like I will be making another trip to their office on Monday some how around their lovely lunch hours of 12:00 - 1:30 to retrieve this for the very last time.
