Great Dr work with me well through my chemo

I have been a patient of Dr. Stipanov for two years and I have never had any problems with him until recently. I went in for my infusion which I was 2 weeks late on due to personal reasons which he was aware of and I know for a fact this is something he held against me. I showed up for my 9am appt at 8:30am and I asked if I could have my blood drawn to check my numbers because I was sick. I was called back to have my blood drawn pretty quickly and was sent back to the waiting room until they called me for my infusion. I, along with another gentleman was called back at 10:15am. A new nurse approached me to start my IV and I told her which vein would be best because I've been doing this for 6 years and she wanted to use a different vein and of course she blew that vein and another one before another nurse came over and used my original suggested vein. I'm also allergic to paper tape and this is what she used to tape down my IV. I decided to keep my mouth shut and just get my infusion started. My alarm on the IV pole was going off every 1-2 minutes and the nurses were beyond irritated. She came over and wiggled my IV around and I asked her to change the tape which she did and started my pre meds. One of which I DID NOT receive. My alarm still continued to go off. I even had two IV poles delivering my pre meds as it was close to noon by now. (I'm usually done with the whole infusion process by now) I was coughing pretty bad from being sick and the nurse went to tell the dr and he told her to tell me to call my primary dr. About 12:30 my infusion medicine was hung. The alarm continued to go off every 1-2 minutes. I was talking to the wife of the patient next to me and I had my hand up while talking to her because I talk with my hands and the new nurse came over and I asked her why my alarm kept going off and she grabbed my wrist and slammed it down on the chair and told me not to move my damn arm.
