I have the utmost confidence in Dr Soojian and his staff. He is knowledgeable, attentive, caring and professional. I had successful surgery a year ago and the care was exceptional.

Dr Soojian performed a thorough exam, and demonstrated great expertise in teasing out a diagnosis of my wrist/hand symptoms. He was professional and followed through on contacting another of my doctors to coordinate care. The rest of the Ortho CT team was likewise professional and organized.

Dr. Soojian was professional & pleasant. He reassured my husband regarding a hand concern & discussed future options.

Soojian has always been responsive and attentive when I see him in person, we have a good rapport - I think I'm up to 4 visits now in 2 years. I do see the office is quite busy and there is high volume, but their front desk staff people are attentive and aware that you are there. One thing I'd like to see improve is their email responsiveness - the Nuvance app includes this feature and I find it very helpful to not call the office if isn't urgent and clog up the lines when there are more urgent issues for other patients. Coastal Orthopedics needs to get more with the program with email responsiveness - I don't mind if it takes 48 hours, but please do respond if the email tool in the app is provided to patients. My GP reads his own emails and responds via phone to talk or leave a voicemail within 48 hours after the email is sent - usually early morning, during a break in the day or even late in his shift. Pleasant staff. Well organized. I will need follow up visits and hopefully will experience a full recovery.

Always a good visit with Dr. Soojian. I have been treating with him a long time. The office was pleasant and I had almost no wait at all.

Dr. Soojian X-ray’d & diagnosed the pain in my hand thoroughly yesterday. I appreciate the tone he took to show me the X-rays that showed clearly the area.

Great experience with Dr. Soojian. My son suffered fractured forearm. Dr. Soojian answered all of my questions and showed us an X-ray to explain how injury was progressing.

I could only speak highly of Dr Soojian and the entire support Staff in the Norwalk office. I've had positive experiences from that morning on 1/11/19 when he had to perform emergency surgery on my fractured wrist and shattered ankle, and up to my last visit with him 4/29/21. He’s the Man to go to for hand procedures. He has done 6 for me and they have all gone very well. I trust him. He does not rush to do surgery.

Not a good experience with Dr. Soojian; Didn't have the common courtesy to call and speak to me directly regarding his diagnosis of my hands/wrists. NOT professional at all.

He healed my damaged elbow in 2 days. What a doctor.

I had a test done for carpal tunnel they never got back to me to follow up on what was the next thing to do I've been going to him off and on for 5 years and it just seemed like he never really wanted to help So I took my pain somewhere else this was with doc soojian

Dr. Soojian was very knowledgeable, professional and caring. He took his time to explain what my problem was (turns out I have a trigger finger) what I could do to treat it, ultimately what he suggested, and what I should expect down the road. We went with a cortisone shot, which in my experience is not pleasant, but it was actually quick and near painless! I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Soojian for any hand issue you may have. Phenomenal Doctor!

Excellent doctor. Had an issue with my wrist. He diagnosed it and took out the fluid, which fixed the problem. I had almost no waiting time. He has a great approach and manner to his work. Took his time to explain what caused the fluid build-up and to explain my options and was very patient with my (many) questions. I would definitely go to him again. He also checked back in with me later to make sure I was okay.

Dr. Soojian hit the high notes in all the important areas: a professional manner, combined with a nice personal touch; a careful diagnosis of the problem (in my case, severe pain in an arm and shoulder); a willingness to spend the time necessary to diagnose and fix the problem (a cortisone shot); and reassurance that he will be available down the road in the event the problem reasserts itself (for which I take him at his expertise as an orthopedic specialist.

I saw Dr. Soojian after breaking my left ring finger in 3 places. I found his professionalism and care to be top notch, he set reasonable expectations for me, was an excellent surgeon, and I felt very confident while in his care. I would recommend Dr. Soojian.
