Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. No delays and prompt service.

Listened to my symptoms, and was able to quickly inspect and determine what the problem was. Very good experience.

My doctor is great! The staff is great. The nurse's before and after surgery made you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Scheuller has always taken great care to outline my conditions, treatments, recommendations, and most importantly REASONS for treatment. His technical expertise is amazing (two different cancers and 3 throat surgeries and I'm now cancer free in less than 12 months), and he really takes the time to understand my specific issues and address them. He came back after an ER shift and did emergency throat stabilization when I had complications. Totally dedicated to healthy outcomes and treating the whole person, he's not just a diagnostician. You can't even notice the surgical incisions on my neck if you don't know they are there. Thank you Dr. Scheuller!

Dr.Scheuller is so kind and caring. He takes the time to answer any and all questions. I trust him 100%.

I explained that I had coded once ! And he was very nice to explain everything and would keep a careful eye ! And I did WAKE UP. Yay!!!

I made a visit to have Dr. Scheuller check my nose which led me to get a growth removed and needed sinus surgery scheduled at the surgical center. Dr Scheuller is polite, personable and precise in his work as a surgeon. He also has a good bedside manner and goes over the surgery with you in the Hospital. I'm pleased with his work! And am so glad I found him for meeting my needs as my new ENT! Thank You!

I absolutely love Dr Scheuller. He truly cares about his patients and takes his time to be very thorough and explain every option.

Dr. Scheuller is a knowledgeable ENT who takes the time to thoroughly assess the patient's need and then patiently explains the available options. When I had a concern, he listened, helped me find the right testing, and we caught cancer early.

Dr. SCHEULLER has been my ENT for a long time. I trust his medical knowledge and his personal attention he gives his patients. I have recommend him to many people

Dr Scheuller is the VERY BEST doctor and surgeon! He always takes his time and explains things thoroughly and I feel like he genuinely cares about me as his patient. His PA’s are amazing too and the office staff has always been very friendly. I would 1000% recommend him!

Wonderfully skilled surgeon. Beautiful human! Thank you Dr. Scheduler! I had a septoplasty performed by Dr. Scheuller. Great experience from start to finish. The doctor is very knowledgeable, experienced, thorough and a skilled surgeon. Great bedside manner. All around cool guy. And I can now breathe better than ever before!

Thanks for caring so much!!! That you only saw me 2 times! For 10mins! Thanks for making me do a VNG, that destroyed my ears! That VNG was so necessary because I was not dizzy! Then telling me that the ringing was all in my head after I told you what happened! Do not go to him, do not do a VNG. They blow compressed air in to your ears! It has destroyed my life! We really like these guys. They are totally the most awesome doctors and PA ever.

Dr. Scheuller and his physician assistant are very caring. He didn’t just care about the issue that brought me into his office, he went above and beyond to help me treat other issues I’m having. Before I came to see Dr. Scheuller doctors would just try to treat the symptoms with medication, but never tried to find the cause, they would even make me feel like I was making it up, but Dr. Scheuller listened to me and diagnosed a rare condition I have. He helped me develop a team of doctors to treat my various health issues and he works closely with my team to treat me as a whole person. I love that I really feel cared for there. We sought out Dr. Scheuller for a second opinion on thyroid cancer surgery and treatment. Thank God and many earthly angels for directing us to Dr. Scheuller's care. There were many surprises and a few complications that would not have gone well had we been anywhere else! Dr. Scheuller was very kind, informative, thorough and careful. He worked closely with other doctors who were treating me for other underlying health concerns. His office is efficient, the Operating Team was top notch, McKay-Dee hospital staff and week long stay was made as comfortable as possible. Amazing listener! Very thorough and helpful. Definitely making a positive difference for me.

He spent less than 5 minutes with us and sent us off to schedule a surgery. There is no way we would send our child into an expensive and potentially risky surgery based on that little information. He was not helpful, thorough, or even friendly. Then I was asked to sign a form agreeing that he had discussed all risks, benefits, and alternatives. He also has financial stock in the surgical center, so it seems like he just wants to do as many surgeries as possible just to make more money. First time here. Wait time just updated to 60 minutes. Can't wait around all day to see the Dr. Unacceptable.

He was great last year when my son got tubes in his ear. However, now that my son is having issues recovering from a cold, I have had to jump through hoops trying to get him better. He and his two PAs are far from on the same page. After months of my son having an ear and sinus infection, ENT said he would do an x-ray if my son didn't improve after another round of medicine. Well, he didn't improve.. then one of the PAs called in ear drops to help my son while we wait for an allergist... when we went to pick that up, the pharmacy said they didn't have a record of it being called in. Apparently they cancelled that order and wanted an appointment with no explanation as to why they changed their minds. I found this out after calling to ask if they sent it to the right place. They also wanted a virus panel, but wanted his pediatrician to do it, pediatrician sees no need for this since my son hasn't had a fever in a couple months. Pediatrician says the ENT should have done the virus panel because he's the one that examined my son. Why waste another trip to the doctor through all of this? Pediatrician set us up with the immunologist/allergy/asthma specialist because ENT or PA (or whoever it was...)wouldn't do the x-ray as promised and called in ear drops instead... and quite frankly, the ENT should have realized the high possibility of this being allergy related anyway. So today...the PA AND the ENT call within minutes of each other to schedule an appointment to see my son, and after telling them both NO (again) because he's going to be evaluated for allergies instead, they both said "well schedule your appointment after that so we can evaluate him and make sure it really is allergies".. Um no. Not until you all read each other's notes and actually start communicating with your patients. I honestly have had it with all this disorganization and chaos. I need to get my son better and they aren't helping the least bit right now. I'm so disappointed. He was great last year when my son got tubes in his ear. Top notch! If you need an ENT this is the man... a critical thinker that still knows how to practice the art of medicine.

Been going to an ENT for 30 years. First doc retired. Went to one other one and it was awful. Found Dr. Scheuller and he is awesome. He knows his craft and doesn't charge like the other docs.

We love Dr. Schueller and Kevin! (Not a fan of Josh he is very arrogant and talks down to you) Dr. Schueller is amazing he really takes the time to listen to you and spends the time to make you feel comfortable.

Dr. Scheuller is truly fantastic! I had a cholesteatoma in my right ear from the time I was a young child and he has been my primary ENT from then until now. He was huge in noticing the growth and opting for a removal surgery before it continued to grow into my inner ear or brain. He helped remove the growth(s) through multiple surgeries over the years and did the best possible job to restore my hearing without having any significant lasting negative effects. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Scheuller is amazing. He is very down to earth, caring, and knowledgeable. He replaced a broken bone in my ear with a prosthetic bone. He was creative and I hear so much better now. I cannot see myself going to any other ENT.

This is the best most friendly office I have ever been to!!! Dr Scheuller is kind and professional he kept me informed and involved with my care. The office staff helped me to feel welcome! They always greet me with a smile. It makes a big difference when the staff is so friendly!!!!

Dr Scheuller is one of the most intelligent and sincere people I have ever met. He has treated my entire family and I could not say enough positive things about him to do him justice. Highest recommendation I can offer here!

When we were traveling here it was -1 outside. We had to travel slower than normal. I called and spoke with with Kim twice. We had a long drive and I explained we would be 10 minutes late. She said no problem I will let them know. When we got here they canceled our appointment. I asked to speak with Kim and they receptionist was not helpful. Super poor customer service. My wife and I both took off work to be with my daughter who took off work also. Despite this wait, we got into Dr Scheuller MD was fantastic and was able to quickly and accurately diagnose my daughter. I would highly recommend him!!! Dr. Sheuller has removed polyps from my nose 3 times. He also did my husband's septoplasty. He has wonderful bedside manner and is very thorough. I always look forward to my appointments with him!

Dr. Scheuller performed a partial thyroidectomy on me and he was very personal and professional. He took plenty of time to answer all of my questions and put me at ease. He'll be removing the other half next month and there's no one I trust more to be my surgeon for this procedure.

I'm an Operating Room Nurse.I picked Dr. Scheuller to perform my Septoplasty. I was very concerned about having surgery my nose. Anything but my nose you know what I mean. Dr. Scheullar is amazing . My brother referred us to him after he did a amazing job on my nephew's tubes. All three of my kids have seen him . He is a excellent surgeon. All my boys have had their tonsils out by him and have been so much healthier since. Zero complications even on my 18 month old. My 12 year old has had a few sets of tubes through the years. He's done amazing on them. I owe his hearing to this amazing guy. My son also had terrible swimmers ear , this last fall and Dr Scheuller got that healed up perfectly. Dr. Scheuller was great! He was very clear about what to expect with my tonsillectomy, and at the age of 40 it is very nerve racking procedure to have to have been done. He was extremely clear about what my expectations should be. He was good to my wife with helping her understand my limitations post surgery as well as for me. He was fun to talk to and spent plenty of time with me to clarify any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, I have taken my own kids to him.

Dr Schuller is a complete jerk with horrible bedside manner. He had the nerve to arrogantly ask where our previous ENT in North Carolina studied at, which was at Vanderbilt a superb medical school, as if he (Dr Schuller) was far superior since he studied at Dartmouth. He then proceeded to put down the IHC doctor that had referred is to him. This guy is completely arrogant and should be avoided. If you want a prideful and arrogant provider this is your guy. Could not disagree with Ms. Christensen more. Dr. Michael Schueller has been one of the best doctors that I have ever witnessed. He very promptly diagnosed my father’s cancer that had gone undetected by others and collaborated with a number of other doctors during my father’s treatments both during and after the cancer. He has always been nothing short of concerned and professional. My sisters and I have been to every one of the many doctor appointments and we have been treated with the utmost respect no matter how many times Dr. Schueller had to explain the confusing medical issues to us. There is no doubt that Dr. Schueller and the team that he pulled together for my father’s treatment saved his life from a very grim prognosis. Could not disagree with Ms. Christensen more.
