Michael Sayegh is currently under several federal indictments as a result of his management of the pain management clinic. It is my understanding all offices have been closed.

Excellent so far! He listened to all my issues, and was understanding! Refreshing!

100% does NOT care about patient pain relief. Can't call it a "pill mill" when he regularly drops meds with increasing problems & proof of such. Refuses to answer questions about what else can be done. Will NOT go to bat for you for an MRI. The list goes on & on. Absolutely horrible place to go. What kind of appointment time is from 10-2???? Your entire day is wasted waiting on a phone call that might come before 3:30, ridiculous!

Doesn't listen, doesn't do physical exams, appointment visits last 3 minutes, doesn't offer solutions to pain other than pills (opioids), has personality of a prune, rips up prescriptions as a childish tantrum, hangs up on you in telehealth sessions if you ask questions, doesn't practice good hygiene, doesn't wash hands between patients probably ok since he never touches a patient for examinations, makes medical decisions based on no information from patient, just pushes pills definitely a pill mill, needs to be investigated by DEA and Ohio Pharmacy board. These are my personal opinions of Dr. Sayegh and his pill mill. I guess he has two locations Reynoldsburg and Cambridge. My opinion of his nursing staff and front office staff is they are the worst staff in America, rude, unprofessional, act as if they are bored if you have to talk to them. Don't waste your time at this pain clinic. I guess staff would be more pleasant if they didn't see 115 patients per day (according front staff.

Waiting area was always full of people withdrawing from his meds

I went there for a long time before I lost my job & had no insurance. I was always treated good by the employees. Will go back

Excellant doctor. Pain management. He does not let you easily increase meds. Very strict which we appreciate. Just wish we could go back to every 3 months as we live in Newport Ohio making it a long trip for appointments. He DOES NOT run a pill mill thank god.

This doctor sat with me for 3 minutes as a new patient and decided that he couldn’t help me, he said that I wasn’t in enough pain! I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis all over my body and need shoulder replacement surgery. Like how bad do you have to get? And then he hands me back my copay, and today I get a bill for the visit. Either I am a patient or I’m not. They knew what my conditions were when I made the appointment . Why did they accept me in the first place? I feel like I have been scammed for they accepted my insurance payment and didn’t even examine me. I’m about to call this into my insurance company, it’s not right. I felt humiliated and rejected, this doctor just got up and walked away while I was still talking to him. Very rude. These people need to know that there’s people who actually are in genuine pain and not everyone is after their drugs. Sorry but I’m very mad about this, rant over

His staff, especially the gal who checks you out, is RUDE! He doesn’t seem to care nor does his PA! They only seem to care about the bottom line which is money.

He is a wonderful doctor he will not overmedicate you and he will not take you if you don't have a real medical reason and you must have an MRI he will not take you if you do illegal drugs and he will test you when you go in and each time he sees you 4 illegal drugs one of the nicest doctors you can see he also has an office in Reynoldsburg Ohio

They let someone change my appointment and when i call to correct their mistake his nurse lisa rudely told me i was discharged all because i was asking how they can let someone do that &are not on my contact list. Remind you i only seen this dr 2times and both times got screamed at by staff. I've never gotten rude or loud with them. In my book lisa is very unprofessional and rude. Dr. Sayegh has a great practice. He will help you if you want to help yourself. There are not a lot of clinics who take this matter seriously. Sometimes a patient needs these services for long term, or just a short term injury. Thank you for your service.

If there was a way to leave a negative i would but i cant......this doctor dose not care for his patients at all. He will spend 5secs with and scream at you if you have a question. Make u take medication that dose not work for or is pointless.......DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR !!! He is awful .....worst doctor i have every had!!!!

First time and last visit. Unbelievable experience. He Appeared to be impaired or something bumping into doorway trying to get chart from pocket outside wall. Went to him for injection instead of pills that everyone wants you to take instead of trying to find/fix the problem. He said back hurts because I work. I kid you not, without exaggeration, he said this after spending less then 50 seconds and walk out to next room saying nothing else. I would not believe, had I not been there.

Doctor and Staff Treated us like outcasts by Discharging us without Merit and by one phone call the day before our scheduled appointment due to a one time ONLY call they made to us just after we had seen them in May of 2016 and we missed the call, no message was ever left requesting us to come in for a Pill Count. We were just there and they turned around as we live out of State and travel far and time, to just call us right back, they should have done that the first several times. Very Poor.

Does not listen or spend any time with you to figure out what is going on. They want to change meds every time they see you. Staff and doctor are rude. You feel like a criminal. It's awful.

Will never go back, I have never been treated in such a degrading manor by a medical professional in my life. I would caution anyone from using his services.

Doesn't seem to understand how people just cannot live any kind of life at all in terrible pain. Also he doesn't listen or take time with patients. Awful.
