Dr. Rubino has been a true gift for our family. He knows kids and adolescents well and understands how to guide conversations for more successful familial relationships. He doesn’t stay away from tough topics. He addresses issues head on and is very positive and solution-oriented. I highly recommend him.

Our son has Asperger’s and was becoming aggressive. He has never really responded to therapy in the past, but we were desperate and decided to try again. To our amazement our son enjoyed the first session and could not wait to go back. Dr. Rubino’s office is decorated so any kid or teen would love to be in there combined with his patience and empathy is a winning combination. We would highly recommend him for any child with Aspergers or any teenager in general

I found Rubino, Ph.D both condescending and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend his services.

I cannot speak to the quality of the counseling services Dr. Rubino provides to his patient. They may be fine, but I will never know. Sat in the waiting room for more than 30 minutes without being greeted by anyone. We left.

I found him to be very compassionate and understanding. He allowed me to ask all the questions I needed regarding my daughter's panic attacks so I understood what was happening. He figured out she was being bullied and help me work with the school to stop the bullying and to create an environment where my daughter felt safe

Dr. Rubino was great at helping my older son with his depression and now he is doing a fantastic job.helping my younger son with an eating disorder. He always takes time to answer questions and concerns you have as a parent. Also he is the only therapist I have found who will call you back on the weekends or a holiday. I would highly recommend Dr. Rubino if your family or teenager needs therapy

I have been looking for a therapist who treats PTSD and works with schools because my son needs an IEP. I tried numerous therapist and most did not deal with schools or they didn't treat PTSD in teens. I found Dr. Rubino's website & knew I found the right match. Even though he is 1 hour away He has helped my son tremendously with his PTSD symptoms. Also after arguing with the school for 3 years, Dr. Rubino was able to get the Schoon to test my son and hold an IEP meeting. He is fantastic!

Dr. Rubino had excellent insights and patience with our young daughter. Both my wife and I couldn't be happier with her progress.

Dr Rubino helped me and my children survive a terrible divorce. He was very good at helping my 14 year old son open up and express his anger. I don't know what I would have done without him.
