Dr. DR. MICHAEL V. O’SHELL, DDS was very caring and understanding towards me during my visit. He extracted two Molars which was absolutely painless and for which I am very grateful. I was in severe pain and very nervous of the surgery to begin with. But he took the time to talk to me through the procedures and calm me down. Dr. Michael O’Shell is wonderful, caring and super knowledgeable! His staff is so gracious, attentive and patient. Also he call me later on that day to check up on me! Most Dr’s stopped doing that courtesy call long time ago.

Dr. Michael O'Shell had come highly recomended and I decided to take my son to have his wisdom teeth removed with him as he was in pain. I am very pleased from the front office staff to the nurses and Dr. O'Shell, the procedure went really well, the doctor gave us a call on the evening after the procedure just to check up on him, I am sincerely grateful for all the care and compassion the doctor showed us, He was very kind and listened to our conscerns as my son has a condition that requires extra attention. My son did so well we were not in need of any pain medication, and he was very pleased. Dr. O'Shell thank you for care and compassion. I am very grateful.

Dr. O’Shell is one of the kindest and friendliest doctors I’ve ever met. He is fantastic with kids! The surgery went flawlessly! My pain super nervous and pain sensitive daughter didn’t even need any pain reliever afterwards. He office is so nice as well!

He very popular! Getting an appointment had to wait quite some time, but when there, got into see him quickly. Evaluated my circumstances well, explain thoroughly, agreed on a course of treatment.

I will absolutely never go back here, and I recommend you don't either. Got my wisdom teeth taken out, and while I was out of it, he told my husband that I wasn't going to get any pain meds. Told my husband that due to a study, they haven't given pain meds in years. So I woke up, asked for pain medicine, and was told, "Oh your doctor told me you didn't need it." Which is interesting, because every SINGLE person I know who has gotten their wisdom teeth out in the last 5 or so years told me, "What? My doctor gave me hydrocodone/vicodin/codeine/etc" Dr. O'Shell sent me home with an insert that told me to take Tylenol. This shouldn't be a hugely painful recovery, and I am completely unable to function due to pain. I am so disappointed, because my wonderful amazing dentist referred me. Dr O'Shell is an awesome doctor! He's gentle, explains everything he is doing, and gives painless implants. I highly recommend him for his professionalism and caring personality!

I recently had two teeth extracted at Memorial Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. In short, it was the most comfortable, smoothest, pain free procedure I’ve ever had - and I’ve had a few. Dr. O’Shell and staff are exceptionally attentive, professional, and, perhaps most importantly, kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was extremely satisfied with service of Dr. O'Shell and his staff. Everyone was so helpful and the customer service was like nothing I have ever seen. Dr. O’Shell and staff are incredible. We’ve used him for numerous issues with myself and my 3 kids over the last 15 years...very calming nature and extremely capable. Have recommended to a number of friends and family. Would not go anywhere else for my oral surgery needs. We actually moved away from the area and I just drive over an hour to come back to him for my oral surgery needs. So glad to be able to depend on such a competent oral surgeon and staff.

Simply Excellent. My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed and did great. He followed up with a phone call and met us on Sunday for the recheck on her mouth. I can’t say enough good things about this doctor.

The office is managed very efficiently, so appointments are on time and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Dr. O’Shell is—not only is he approachable and down to earth, but the quality of his work is excellent!

Dr. O'Shell is excellent. I just got surgical extraction of a wisdom tooth and it was not painful at all. After I got home, Dr. O'Shell followed up with a phone call to be sure if I was okay. Also excellent services by the office staff and Dr. O'Shell associate. I would recommend Dr. O'Shell to anyone who need the wisdom teeth extraction.

Dr. O'Shell is not only one of the finest doctors/dentists I have ever known, but he is as caring as he is capable. The entire staff shows sincere concern. He listened and stayed in contact, personally calling to see how I was doing pre and post appointments. I recommend him as highly as I possibly can. If you ever need an oral surgeon Dr O'Shell is the one to see. Totally put me at ease by explaining prior to the procedure what he would be doing and even even explaining details as he proceeded. Pain free. Haven't had many doctors call me at home the night of the procedure to see how I was progressing like Dr O'Shell did.

The absolute BEST ... the staff and doctors ... never experienced better!

Absolutely the best bedside manners EVER! Mike makes you feel so comfortable and relieves all anxiety. I would never go to anyone else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My 8.5 year old daughter had a procedure done today with Dr. O'Shell for a blocked salivary gland (mucocele). Dr. O'Shell was so wonderful to us. My daughter was very anxious about the procedure and he went out of his way to comfort her. In addition, he was able to successfully remove the blockage in the easiest and least expensive way possible. His office was also great to work with. I can't say enough good things about Dr. O'Shell ... he is extremely knowledgeable and is also very caring.

I went in because I was sent there by my dentist because I was told I might have to get my wisdom teeth taken out. When I went in the office, I got my paperwork done and went to the back. Dr. O'Shell was very kind and broke things down to a level where I could understand it. He told me I won't even need my teeth taken out and recommended me to get another check at an orthodontist. He wasn't into taking my money and helped me with every question. Even though his office is an hour away, I would go there if I ever need any oral surgery!
