Words cannot describe how incredibly awesome Dr. Mersol-Barg and his team are! Dr. Mersol-Barg, the staff at the front office and all nurses were incredibly supportive, informative, patient and flexible as my husband and I navigated through our birth journey. If we called with questions, our phone call was answered promptly and in a timely manner, which was greatly appreciated. Every time we had an appointment at the office, we felt extremely comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Mersol-Barg and team became like family. We highly recommend Michigan Reproductive Medicine. Thank you Dr. Mersol-Barg and team for everything and we will bring baby in soon to meet everyone- baby is due any day now!

My husband and I went to see Dr. Mersol-Barg after a very discouraging first IVF cycle at another clinic. After our first consultation we knew without a doubt we were in the right place. Dr. Mersol-Barg is full of compassion, hope, and knowledge. I said on multiple occasions throughout the process, no matter the outcome I was thankful to be at MRM. Thanks to Dr. Mersol-Barg and his amazing team, our one sweet embryo is 10 weeks old and will be joining our family in the fall. I am forever grateful!

We are so thankful for the staff at Michigan Reproductive Medicine! They were thorough in initial labs and monitoring throughout my treatment. They always explained every little thing that they were doing and seeing through my ultrasounds. They had early appointments and always tried to work with my teaching schedule to get me in. They were empathetic when I unfortunately had a miscarriage and allowed us to start the next treatment cycle as soon as we were ready. We are now expecting our baby in a few weeks. If we have more fertility struggles in the future we will definitely be coming back to Michigan Reproductive Medicine.

Dr. Mersol-Barg was excellent to work with. He was empathetic to our pain in dealing with infertility through 12 years of trying. He made my wife feel at ease and even made her laugh on many occasions. He took the time to answer all of my questions and advise us based on his vast experience. His nursing and office staff is professional and caring. They all made our experience the best it could have been. Our first attempt was not successful, but we knew that the chances were good that we would need to try more than once to have a successful pregnancy. On our 2nd attempt we were blessed with twins!

Prior to receiving treatment from MRM, my husband and I consulted with another fertility clinic. The other clinic told us IVF was basically our only option. I was also told I would need a surgery prior to IVF due to the shape of my uterus. My husband was also told that several male factors significantly affected our ability to conceive and our chances were still very low, even with IVF. We got a second opinion from MRM who told me my uterus shape was a non-issue (i.e. I did not need surgery) and they strongly recommended we try IUI. So we did. And we conceived after the first round of IUI. MRM is made up of an incredible group of intelligent, compassionate, hardworking people who are on your team from day one. Dr. Mike, and nurse practitioners Melody & Michelle are all incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Even the office/support staff were so excited for us when we conceived. This truly is an amazing place with wonderful people.

My husband and I could not be more grateful for our experience with Michigan reproductive medicine. We were initially going to another facility and just coming to groups at MRM, but after speaking with Dr. Mersol Barg and seeing his empathy and true concern for his patients we decided to come to MRM. At MRM you are not just a number. Dr. Mersol Barg is very personal and takes extra time with each of his patients. During the most difficult time of our lives we found hope coming to the support groups and gaining so much knowledge and support. We now have our beautiful 2 month old, Evelyn, and will always remember how MRM helped give us the greatest gift of our lives.

From visit 1 we knew Doctor Mersol-Barg was the right fight for us ! He is kind, compassionate, and so skilled at what he does! We had been to many other doctors and specialists . We tried multiple different tests, medications, and methods , to which none were successful. After our appointment with doctor Mersol- barg we felt confident and for the first time in a long time excited for the next step! The staff completely made us feel comfortable through the whole process, walking us through each step. (which can be overwhelming!) We did 1 round of IVF , and it was successful ! Thanks to Doctor Mersol-Barg my husband and I are expecting a little girl ! ( after 5 years of trying ) We can’t say enough about doctor Mersol-Barg, and his staff!

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Mersol-Barg. Coming to his practice was the best decision we made on our journey to start a family. Dr. Mersol-Barg and his staff were always welcoming and polite and the office had a very calm environment. You always had their undivided attention during appointments. We are due this November and are so thankful for Dr. Mersol-Barg and his expertise!

Dr. Mersol- Barg and his entire staff were simply amazing! They made my wife and I extremely comfortable. From day one, they really made a frustrating process as easy as it possibly can be. They worked with us to create a customized path specific to my PCOS. The nursing staff and the phlebotomist Chris are phenomenal! Every single time we went in for check-ups or monitoring, no matter who we had, I knew I was going to be taken care of. We also loved their online portal. It was very user friendly and helped you obtain your test results quickly. When we received our positive pregnancy result, everyone was congratulating us including Dr. Mersol-Barg. From start to finish, the MRM staff provided high class service with compassion. Even after you graduate to your OB, they continue to care and request updates.

Fertility treatments are daunting and stressful no matter what. However, I could not be more grateful I ended up Dr. Mersol-Barg's practice. Every single person on the staff is caring, attentive and makes you feel so much more at ease about the process. They are so willing to answer any questions (I asked millions through out the entire process). And Dr. Mersol-Barg is one of the most well-researched people I have ever encountered. They truly KNOW and do what's best for the patient. I am now 10

I visited Dr. Mersol-Barg after a recommendation from a gynaecologist. I was impressed with Dr. Mersol-Barg, the first time we met. He was prepared with my case and took the time to explain about infertility in general and the next steps. His team was also very professional, promptly answered my questions and there was very little waiting time during the appointments. Dr. Mersol-Barg and the team kept me informed regarding the next steps and regularly monitored my progress.

Dr. Mersol-Barg analyzed carfuly all the exams we brought from two different countries, two different languages and he listened, analyzed and provided the best treatment. My wife was 40s and we were so hopeless after many others IVF clinics and 3 failures. He has attention to the details and compassion for his patients. So believe, listen to the Dr. Mersol, give you a second chance and keep the faith.

I would strongly recommend Dr. Mersol-Barg for infertility treatments. He is awesome. He was very kind, polite, and informative. He also knew how to cut the tension when I was upset or stressed. His staff is tops! Just awesome! He is one of the most compassionate doctors I have every met... and I'm a doctor myself. :) I would recommend him to family, friends, my patients, and strangers!!! He is the best... AND his staff!!!!!!

Dr. Mersol-Barg is a true expert in his field. He takes the time to really get to know each patient and have a thorough understanding of your individual circumstance. I was always impressed that he never had to refer to our file when we had a meeting with him-he'd already done his research and it showed. He was very thorough in his explanations to us regarding our unique fertility challenges as well as the risks and benefits of various treatments and procedures available to us. Very caring!!!

We were referred to Dr. Mersol-Barg by my ob/gyn when we had been trying to get pregnant unsuccessfully for about 1.5yrs. From our 1st appointment we knew we were in the right place, Dr Mersol-Barg figured out our missing link within our 1st couple of appointments, and we were able to begin treatment shortly after. Dr. Mersol-Barg and his staff have been amazing, absolutely no complaints! After 3 months as a patient & going through IVF treatment we are now pregnant with identical twins!!
