We have been going to this dentist office for a couple of years now since we moved to this side of town. They are all always very friendly and always know what needs to be done. Recently they sponsored my daughter for her varsity cheer team and it is greatly appreciated to know that a small bushiness in town is willing to go above and beyond to help the community. Great dentist and staff. Good service and the nicest dental work.

Terrible

Very disappointed in the actions of the administrative duties that are suppose to be performed in this place of establishment. Un able to reason with paitient when a problem is not yours and is the offices and insurance company, also won't take blame for their rude actions to patients. Was called rude, impolite, and the insurance lady had the balls to tell me can I talk now...because I was trying to figured out my husbands insurance problem and why he owed so much money for just a cleaning. Come to find out they don't keep up on their up to date insurance policies they accept. Medical staff isn't the problem at this office the secretaries are the issue. Worked was performed before insurance was checked. Insurance was valid but did not cover this procedure that was performed at this office. Great dentist! Went out of their way to help me when I needed a emergency extraction of a wisdom tooth. I appreciate the time they took to work with me to help me out! Great place! Awesome medical staff! Thanks again!

I made an appointment three months in advance for a cleaning and some dental work. On the day of my appointment I showed up 15 minutes early in case there was paperwork to fill out. The clerk gave me paperwork to fill out and said she needed to check to see if I had coverage. Funny they told me several times prior to my appointment that they accepted my insurance. I had to wait 15 minutes for her to check to see if I had coverage. While I waited, she checked three other patients to see if they had coverage. After waiting for 25 minutes I was told they no longer took my insurance as of April 1. My appointment was April 7, six days later. I asked her how they expected me to find a dentist in three days as I specifically made this appointment prior to a family visit. She said they could still clean my teeth but I would have to pay full price. I was really upset and told her what a way to run a business. THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD EVER RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST OFFICE.
