He was a “no show” for a hospital discharge! Not reliable, not professional!

Hard to talk to, seemed cold and unsympathetic. I felt like a bug under a microscope. Altogether a deeply upsetting experience. When I received a copy of his report, I noticed numerous factual errors in my medical history, including illnesses that I have never been diagnosed with or claimed to have. Testing equipment is old, worn and dirty. Office is uncomfortable and unprofessional and smells of cigarettes.
