Went above and beyond Saw the need for additional positive corrections and completed them I live 45 miles outside Dallas And was willing to drive in for care because my Cardiologist believes in Dr McBride and his team Patrick Kimbell 5 Bypassed Surgery 12/28/23

Phenomenal staff!! From the doctor, the PA, and the office staff, my experience was GREAT!! They made my very scary surgery much less scary and the entire process so easy, and I really can't thank them enough for everything!!!!!

The office staff was so great in answering any and all question. Dr. McBride is amazing and all of his associates, they came in a check on us, and explained everything that was going to happen and that had happened. Could not have asked for a Better Group of Doctors.

The most professional office I have been to in a long time. They are very thorough.

Very highly recommend, a true doctor. May of 2020 had a 5 bypass done and Everyone from the girls in the office to his assistant in the surgery room to his PA to the nurse practitioner was extremely professional in everyway. it's been a year now and I feel as good as ever. I truly recommend Dr. McBride. I couldn't be more satisfied and happy with the care I received throughout such a scary and very difficult time ????????????

Absolutely amazing! This man saved my life. Iam a 46yr old woman with a 4yr old daughter and was in need of emergency heart surgery. Dr McBride absolutely wonderful!!!

Amazing staff, Dr.Mcbride answered all of our questions patiently and he speaks spanish! It made my dad feel more at ease with the upcoming procedure. Thank you Mary for all of your help with arranging everything from accomodating our schedule to getting things aproved with the insurance asap.

Entered Medical City McKinney through ER. Dr McBride performed surgery to repair aortic valve and aneurysm. I did not personally choose Dr McBride as my surgeon, but couldn't have picked any better. Medical staff at the hospital gave him very positive reviews prior to my surgery and I was impressed with his attention and personal care. One month into recovery and doing very well. Dr McBride performed aortic valve repair and an aneurysm. He thoroughly explained and answered questions prior to surgery. I was impressed with his Office Staff and PA during after care visits. Questions were answered, pertinent info provided for long term care and did not feel rushed. I thank Dr McBride for his excellent care and would gladly refer him in the future.

Dr. McBride and his team are very professional. They answered all my questions and concerns before and after the surgery. Dr. McBride did a triple bypass surgery on me. Dr. McBride saved my life and God bless him for that. If not for him and Dr Krock, I wouldn’t be here today with my husband and 3 young kids. He was really kind and patient and took time to explain in detail to me and my husband at his office appointment. His PA was fantastic as well. I’m so fortunate to be in the right hands with Dr McBride in the most critical time of my life. He is truly awesome and he is what a patient needs at the time of life and death. Dr. McBride met us in the ER at 1:00 a.m. He saved my boyfriend's life.....literally. He was so kind and took the time to explain what was happening to me. The care given to us by Dr. McBride and his entire staff was exemplary. We couldn't have been more blessed to have them there to take care of Scott and see us through this very traumatic experience.

Dr. McBride explained everything to us in details with great patience. We were very thankful for his attitude. He was warm and friendly and so was his staff.

Dr. McBride was the surgeon called in to do my Bypass surgery at Medical City McKinney, Tx. He came in and fully explained what he would and how long the surgery should take. He explained how the recovery would go and about how long I would be in the hospital. He is the most caring, compassionate, calming Dr. I have had.. I highly recommend him to be your Dr. and Surgeon. We thank God every day, that Dr. McBride was available to do my surgery. Thank you.

Do not recommended this doctor

Doctor McBride performed quadruple bypass, valve replacement, Atrial Clip and a Mini Maze in June 2019. He was very informative prior to, as well as after surgery. He is a caring doctor who listens and answers every question. PA Terry was also very pleasant, educational and informative. The staff at his office were also very pleasant when I had my follow up appointment. I was blessed to have Dr. McBride, his PA Terry, and his staff for my surgery.

During the procedure, he also performed a maze ablation to attempt to correct his a-fib that’s he’s had for most of his life, and it’s seemed to be effective thus far, which is a bonus. Dr McBride was very professional and genuine. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. He performed the surgery with no complications and the recovery was shorter than I was expecting. I would highly recommend Dr McBride if you are in need of a GREAT CARDIAC SURGEON.

I can't praise Dr. McBride and Donna enough. I had a Triple By-Pass in Sept. and came out with no pain and an award winning scar. At first I was more nervous of damage to my previous radiated skin area than my heart. After he and his marvelous team came to see me, I turned to my husband and said "I'm ready". A month later he drove from his Dallas office just to see me in Plano about my nervous decision of a Colonostomy test. Now that's a Caring Doctor and He is the best you can get!

Recipient of a quadruple bypass earlier this year. Dr. McBride and his staff were excellent! Gave me all the knowledge and answered concerns prior to surgery. Had me prepared with anticipation for the road to recovery. Recovery and followup were more than I could have expected. Scar is quickly disappearing. Surgical skills are topnotch. Someone to trust with your life!

Just had a quadruple Bypass by Dr. McBride and both Him and Donna were awesome to deal with. Very informative upfront about what would take place in surgery and very explanatory afterward. The most important part is that the surgery was flawless and the scar is not that bad at all and recovery is going really well! Thank you Dr. McBride!

5 bypasses later, Dr. McBride did a awesome job. Not only did he and God give me a second chance on life. But his bedside manor and staff are awesome. So not only would I recommend him as a great surgeon, but his PA and staff are great as well.

Dr. McBride and his team perform CABG X4 on my heart. All I can say was his work was impeccable!! My every need was met and he always had time to answer my questions and concerns. I am grateful to Dr. McBride and his team.
