Dr. Michael Scott Magee

Very thorough office visits with time to comprehensively discuss my type 1 diabetes and my overall health.

Dr. Magee is very dismissive and condescending. He treats you like a number or statistic rather than an individual person. I will never go back to him.

Dr. Magee took over my treatment after his partner, Dr. Hamilton, retired. I have been very disappointed with him, since he seems to tell me everything opposite of what Dr. Hamilton had told me in the past. 6 months ago, I called him about rapid weight loss, was sent in for TSH test, result showed normal, but I insisted that with some much weight loss my TSH should be going toward hyperthyroid. He said go see your primary care Dr. I did and she treats me now with much better results.
