Michael Rhodes Lee

I had never met Dr. Lee before this was my first time going to this office. He was prompt, he never introduced himself, he asked a few questions, looked at my ears,nose and throat and that was it. He’s nice but I was always taught that you introduce yourself and shake someone’s hand. Maybe it’s just the age group and I’m old school, I just find this odd. The audiologist however was excellent! She’s very personable. She explains everything very well. Great job!

Very pleased with Dr Lee and my visit. He lets you know what’s going on and the next step. Nurses are great!

We enjoyed our visit with Dr. Lee. He was so good with my daughter. I found him to be thorough and actually willing to find answers about my daughter's issues. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Lee is the best! After going to another ENT and being sent to a neurologist and subject to many useless test, Dr Lee gave a through examination and prescribed a nose spray that actually works. It nice to see a Dr that doesnt just want to milk your insurance. I highly recommend Premier Medical and DR LEE!!

Wonderful doctor and staff, competant, empathetic and personable.

Everyone was very nice and was able to get my hearing aids repaired that day instead of having to send them off. Recommend Dr. Lee

Good doctor even though I have only seen him a couple of times he has great bead side manners... Overall good doctor he will, if he can, get you squeezed in quickly.

This was my first visit with Dr. Lee. He was professional, knowledgeable and assured me that we will get my situation resolved. There is never a guarantee of a particular time frame in my situation, but hopefully it will be soon.

From the appointment desk to my consultation with Dr. Lee, I was treated with kindness and compassion. Dr. Lee was thorough and eased my mind about the situation with my ear. His nurse, Donna, went the extra mile, talked to me at length about my prescriptions, answered all of my questions, and is a great asset to his practice. I'm so blessed to have found Dr. Lee.

Didn’t take forever

Dr. Lee was prompt, took time to discuss and answer questions regarding the possibility of surgery. He and his nurse, Donna, were very informative and made me feel comfortable. I will certainly continue to use Dr. Lee and would highly recommend him for any ENT issues.

Great Doctor, great staff. In and out quickly, appointment time was satisfied. Would highly recommend Dr. Lee and his staff.

Dr. Lee has been amazing and can’t say enough good things about him and his wonderful staff. I will always have chronic sinus problems as I’ve been battling a awful infection for a very long time but Dr. Lee will always be my ENT

To anyone who has been thinking about getting their hearing checked, I highly recommend Dr. Lee. To myself, it was a small matter, but the appointment was well worth the visit.

Excellant service nice facilties I would take my mom there

The visit went by relatively smoothly, but as Dr. Lee agreed, the online check-in process at the clinic is less than efficient, and is the only subject of my complaints - the doctor himself I find no fault in whatsoever. I was given the phone number to the clinic by my mother, and was able to get an appointment over the phone easily. However, not long afterward, I started receiving texts from Phreesia to check in online for my appointment. Had I not looked up the service, I would have dismissed the emails as scams from their outward appearance, as I received no word over the phone that this was how they were doing things. The check-in process after that point was manageable, though I do want to express my confusion over being asked to save a credit card online for payment purposes, and yet at the clinic itself being asked once again to copay in person. If not for copay, then for what is my credit card information being used? Office personnel and practice personnel are cordial and courteous . I was disgusted that no health care professional appeared to wash their hands prior nor following contact with me. I was disappointed that I had misunderstood that a prescription was ordered for me at the initial visit and I found out 2 weeks later when my problem was not resolving. It was a second steroid medication. MD appeared frustrated that I had missed this medication and that I would prefer to use medication instead of receiving a tube in my ear. MD willing to place tube imminently. The exam room seemed too open to an inside waiting area. So much for privacy. Office personnel and practice personnel are cordial and courteous . Awesome doctor, Very good at what he does, highly recommend this ENT Doctor.

Extremely knowledgeable. I was sick for almost 6 weeks and he diagnosed me in under 5 minutes. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and did not wait any time at all.

Fantastic ENT!

Suffered with a chronic problem for 20+ years. I saw Dr Lee and he recommended a solution that I had never heard of. I'm 6 weeks out of surgery with a new lease on life. What a game changer !! 5 stars for Dr Lee ! Thank you

I’ve used several Ear, Nose, and Throat specialists over the years, and Dr. Lee is by far the best. I’ve suffered from loss of hearing and blocked Eustachian tubes for years and Dr. Lee cured me in one visit. He did a thorough job of cleaning out my ears and changed my meds.
