Extraordinary great doctor with great bedside manner and very knowledgeable and realistic

Dr Kremer and his PA Tyler performed surgery on my C3-C4 in October of 2022. The work they did was incredible. They are both very skilled and their communications with me have been nothing short of fantastic. Dr. Kremer did ACDF (anterior) surgery on C4-C5 in Dec. 2021, my 2nd fusion surgery in 2 years. Disk spacer with 2 screws. Had PLCF (posterior) surgery on C5-C6 in Nov. 2019 by a different surgeon. 2 rods and 4 screws. Dr. Kremer was very professional and informative. He understood what was going on and I was experiencing new symptoms that happened over night. He was going over the Nov. 2019 operative reports, the multiple neck MRI's, X-rays and EMG's reports, he was very thorough explaining everything to me. That the ACDF surgery on C4-C5 had to be done ASAP!! During pre op, he was great!! Explaining again what was going to happen during the 2 hour surgery. Excellent bed side manners. In post op, his P.A., Tyler, came to check up on me. All of my post op visits with Dr. Kremer and his P.A., Tyler, was just awesome!! I would recommend Dr. Kremer and his staff to anyone!! Dr. Kremer and Tyler answered all of my questions and told the answers straight up!! I am very happy with everyone!!

He was amazing! He did my surgery in Mt. Pleasant MI. Not only was his bed side mannar great, his enthusiasm for his work was very inpriring! I had the utmost confidence in him and he did not let me down!!!! Thank you.

4 weeks today since my surgery, no pain of any kind, I am driving, feeling good after years of pain. This worked even though at age 74 I have heard terrible stores about back surgery during my lifetime, even from a family member. But Dr. Kremer explains everything about surgery and recovery and he is right. I had so much confidence going in. I am so grateful.

After living with back pain for the last few years, I had tried several options including chiro, deep muscle massage, physical therapy and epidural shots - none of which offered relief. After my pain Dr reviewed my MRI, he said it was clear that I needed a neurosurgeon. Based on his recommendation, I met with Dr Kremer. He had already reviewed my MRI and reviewed a plan of action. He is a wonderful Dr. as well as a caring person. He with the help of many prayers has definitely made my life 200 percent better. I have minimal back pain no pain down my leg anymore. He has been a blessing to me from the Lord. I would recommend him to everyone super surgeon.

His PA-C Jeff Alferink is also a super wonderful professional person and awesome personal person I was very thankful for him in his part in surgery,at hospital a blessing from God as well as Dr Kremer.

To whomever it may concern.. M51.16 Lumbar disc herniation with radiculopathy R52 Intractable pain (my comment.. extreme pain) M51.26 Lumbar disc herniation Concerning Dr. M. Adam Kremer I found him to be very Intelligent, Confident, Kind, with a clear Determination/Compassion for my wellbeing. He, obviously the smartest guy in any room he was in, made me feel calm. I have only used this description once before to describe someone, “an angle in disguise”... a wizard a true star.

During my initial appointment, Dr. Kramer spent nearly an hour explaining what my issues were, what procedures were possible, how they were performed and even had examples as to how they worked on the spine. He answered questions and conveyed his philosophy on the possibilities for my best outcome. In the time that I had spent with him, I was so struck by his knowledge and passion for his work that I knew he was going to help me. I'm 3 months post-op and doing fabulously. It was life changing.

Dr. Kremer is very friendly, as his his PA, Jeff. My husband and I both have had Dr. Kremer do surgical procedures and feel blessed to have had him. He's an excellent surgeon.

Was able to see Dr. Kremer within 1 week of being referred to him by my primary physician. He explained in great detail, what was causing my pain and what he would do to relieve it. He made sure all of my questions were answered before letting me leave. Staff was very helpful in dealing with short term disability insurance. PA Jeff Alferink conducted my followup appt's and did an excellent job. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kremer and his staff. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience with Dr. Kremer he fixed my back with a spinal fusion, this was after multiple doctors told me that there was nothing that could be done because I had chronic nerve damage now I have significantly less pain and no nerve pain going down my legs

Worst doctor I've ever had. Lied to me and my fuse failed. I strongly do not recommend him. Please for the sake of your lively hood go to another doctor. Worst mistake of my life. I'm currently unable to do anything now. The pain is unbearable all the time.

He gave me a new lease on life! I truly can't thank he, and his staff enough. I had them recommend surgery to me in October, and ended up having emergency surgery on New Years Eve of 2015! I owe my ability to walk, stand and soon RUN all to him. The nerve pain was instantly relieved, and my recovery time was nothing like what I had expected. Initially I was told being younger(30's) may be detrimental due to my muscles still being stronger. I was out for 10-15 days, not 8 weeks as anticipated.

Dr Kremer was the end to a painful journey. I had pain in my back for years but it got a lot worse in the spring of 2016 and I was loosing feeling in my feet and legs. My initial visit was very encouraging that he would be able to help me. I had surgery to take my disc betweem L4 and L5 out and replace it with a titanium disc. My pain was gone almost immediately,had my feeling back on day 3 and I was back swimming my laps on day 7 after surgery.

I am sure that he is brilliant and one of the best around however his ego and that of his staff leave much to be desired. He does not care that their process effects their patients and responds with "whatever you have to say is irrelevant when trying discuss issues that are upsetting.

I suffered for 10 years with low back pain and left pain, I was not able to stand straight or walk more than 2 blocks without resting. Immediately after surgery my pain was gone and I could stand erect. Now after 5 weeks I can walk any distance and even appear taller. I was able to return to work within 3 weeks and am looking forward to playing golf again. I cannot say enough about Dr. Kremer and the entire staff. Don't suffer any longer.

Surgery went well. Full recovery. Doing more at 70 than I was before surgery. Put 2000 miles on my recumbent bicycle this year
