I had an initial appt in person which went fine. I actually liked the doctor. They informed me that the follow up would be virtual- which I was ok with but When it was time to schedule the follow up they told me I have to pay out of pocket for the follow up $275 and submit to my own insurance (which I may or may not get reimbursed for). She “thought she told me”. She absolutely 100% never told me that. I asked if I could talk to the doctor about it and she told me no bc the doctor won’t talk to me about insurance or billing issues. I wasted 6 weeks of time in which I could have seen another doctor.

This doctor is difficult to work with . He does not respond to phone calls in a timely manner and does not work well with school staff . He often disregards observations that are reported by parents and or school staff .
